Kogi is in MB too chatinent: The north don't determine who becomes president. The middle belt does.
Even in the north, the Hausas are more than the Fulani...but during elections, they are conjoined. After election, they are marginalised.
Isn't Nigeria a tale by moonlight?

Politics › Igbo Town Unions In 19 Northern States Pledge To Work For Tinubu by ItsTutsi(op): 8:32am On Dec 17, 2022 |
The Igbo Town Union General Assembly operating in the 19 Northern States and the FCT Abuja has pledged to work for the Presidential Candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu to win the 2023 presidential election. However, they are also seeking a meeting with Tinubu to discuss burning issues that concern the Igbo living in the North. The Group made the pledge when they visited the Governor of Imo State, Senator Hope Uzodimma in Owerri on Thursday, December, 2022 at Government House. Addressing the members, Governor Uzodimma commended them for their love for APC and reminded them that they made the right decision. He reiterated his continued preaching for peace and unity of Nigeria. “Our people that are agitating for secession or ethnic politics don’t consider what the Igbos in the Northern Nigeria are going through and their investments and businesses,” Governor Uzodimma said He emphasized his belief in the unity of Nigeria, saying that the Igbos are better off in the Nigerian project. The Governor highlighted that the Igbos have a lot of talents yet to be harnessed, “a determined spirit to succeed anywhere they are,” noting that such ambition could be realised in a broader Nigerian space. He commended the group for their organisational skills and promised to take the issues they raised in their address seriously. “Put together the Igbos in the Diaspora are more than the Igbos at home and should be taken seriously in the political equation.” In their address presented by their Leader, Dr. Collins Chibueze Ajali, members of the Group also promised to unanimously use their platform and network to work for the re-election of the Governor in 2023. https://www.vanguardngr.com/2022/12/igbo-town-unions-in-19-northern-states-pledge-to-work-for-tinubu-2/ |

Politics › Re: Why I Am Now A Peter Obi Supporter by ItsTutsi(m): 4:57pm On Dec 16, 2022 |
You should have also asked your relatives in Indian, Malaysian, Indonesian, Cambodian etc prison who they will vote for ElasticStone: I have always been a Tinubu supporter but with an open mind, so I decided to conduct an experiment. I asked all the top 5 students in my university who they all support and 100% of them all said Peter Obi. I also asked the head boy of my former school who is currently on scholarship in USA for PhD and he also said Peter Obi. I then asked my friend in a university down south to ask the top 5 students in their class who they support and to my greatest surprise, 100% of them said Peter Obi.
On the other hand, I asked the same question to people who did between poorly to averagely in school (no offense intended), people who were in departmental politics and other guys who had reputation for a lifestyle that revolved around partying and smuggling chokes to exams. To my greatest surprise, more than half of them either went for Tinubu or Atiku. I then asked myself why this was so? Do these smart guys that prefer Peter Obi reason differently from the other guys? There must be something they are seeing that I’m not seeing…so right now I think Peter Obi is a better candidate.
Can you guys conduct similar experiment in your schools let’s see if the result will be replicable. Why are the smart guys pro-Peter Obi and not Tinubu or Atiku |

Obasanjo is supporting Obi not necessarily because he believes in him or he thinks he can win.. but to dilute and divide Atiku's vote in south Moh247:

Obasanjo destroyed Kalu, and Odili because he never wanted Ibos to succeed him, even Jonathan from Ogbia Bayelsa that was lucky, Obasanjo worked against him on his second term
If you truly think Obj gives a fvck about Ibos then you are getting scammed , he would do anything to teach Atiku a bitter lesson and Obi seem to be doing well

So we should support a pathological lier who couldn't develop a slum he governed, because one nyamiri flat.head on nairaland told us to! Bonavi: A man who has gone about sharing and expressing love saying practically what he will do if elected and these are practical things that will automatically lift Nigeria from the pit latrine it is to competing with other working nations. For those of us that know Obi, we know that all he says he will automatically do and more. For those that don't know him its time to try something different because u can't be doing the same thing and expecting a different result. We all know that any promise APC/PDP is making today are all deceit, the reverse will always be the case. Let us all act like sensible Nigerians and move this country forward for ourselves and generations unborn so that 20, 30, 40 years to come, we all will beat our chest and declare we were part of the rescue mission that put Nigeria on the map to progress. |
