PoliticsRe: 5 Gains Of President Buhari's US Trip - Fulanimafia by Itulah(m): 9:52am On Jul 24, 2015
Lordave:
There's nothing gainful about the tour! You called it a tour, and a tour it really was. We gained nothing as a nation but your reckless shepherd had fun touring the States and staging press conference with less influential secretary of state.

He honoured an invitation, was he asked to honour the invitation with his APSheee flocks and demons?
What did we gain? The loss of 2.2billion Naira to the futile Blair house adventure?

How many business ties/deals were announced throughout his photo-taking adventure in the US? Isn't it in the news that your hero-father Buhari has accused America of aiding Boko Haram? He can't have toured the White House gainfully and still comeback to wail about America's ghost aid to Boko Haram.

Is this present government not sophisticated enough to be leaping with euphoria of joy at the mention of any superfluous achievement? What will the presence of Obama add to Nigeria? What was the impact of the visits of Bill Clinton, Queen Eliza and co in their various visits to Nigeria? How far have the countries Obama visited progressed? Is it that this government lacks confident and has more faith in less concerned nations helping them fight it's battle? This is terribly interesting!

"America will know." how many of us remember that famous sentence? Bikonu, if America doesn't or didn't know how then will they be able to help recover the stolen funds? They even made mockery of him and called him all sorts of despicable and derogatory names, no thanks to their lack of decorum. But now it seems they're also doing the same thing they insulted him of. Talk about hypocrisy!

This government is built on lies and hypocrisy, and whatever you hypocritically accuses your neighbour of, you must surely fall victim to someday.

Fulaman or fulamafia or whatever your name is, you can't hide the truth no matter how hard you try to decorate and embellish your lies. The tour was fruitless and everybody can see that, even your fellow All Pathetic Clown (APC)members know that. You lots are just terrible!

I really don't understand how people reason these days especially the brainless nairalanders.

Now that you have told the op that his wife isn't beautiful enough, is he expected to dump her now for a pretty nagging chic? Pleas how do you all expect him to react to this? Its so funny how you guys destroy homes without even knowing it. What if the op happens to be the type that takes matters like this seriously, do you think he'd still adore his wife like he used to? And to think that most of you got sisters and cousins that ain't even as pretty as the op's wife but come here to post bullshits!!!!

I'm highly disappointed at the op for ignoring those dumb comments! I'd have really loved to see a comment from him...defending his wife and appreciating her the way she is...but on a second thought, what's the point of quoting silly comments?
My initial intentions was to ignore or overlook their insane comments but then, I results to consent to educate them, cause in my understanding, they are just kids who knows nothing about life and it diverse complex nature.

Hahahahah!!! I laugh in Spanish @ some abusive, jealous, uncouth, presumptuous and hate-filled comments by some misguided group of individual. For you to label my treasured wife "ugly" will only but accelerate the enormous love I have for her. Your mentality may be too tender to understand the dynamics of life. A woman's beauty is far beyond her physical component and appearance, it is in her characters, attitude and morals. In the light of that, I will rather urge you to keep the critics coming as it is doing her and me so much good.
And I want to say an elephant thanks to others for their prayers and wishes, may God polish and elevate you all round and may we always have reasons to celebrate each passing moment. Once again, thank you.

Watch the video: http://m.livescience.com/51143-chimp-uses-tool-to-get-hammered-on-palm-wine-video.html

Humans' closest living relatives may have a drinking habit: Scientists spied intoxicated wild chimps soaking up palm wine with leaves and squeezing it into their mouths.
Alcohol consumption is seen across nearly all modern human cultures that have access to fermentable materials. This prevalence led scientists to suggest what is known as the "Drunken Monkey Hypothesis" — that alcohol consumption might have provided a benefit of some kind to the ancestors of humanity, and perhaps also to the ancestors of chimpanzees, humanity's closest living relatives.
Humans and apes share a genetic mutation that emerged about 10 million years ago that helps them break down alcohol and could have helped them eat overripe and fermenting fruit. According to the proponents of the Drunken Monkey Hypothesis, the benefits of such an expanded diet may have even led evolution to favor an attraction to alcohol.

CrimeBenenoise Soldier Strips Teenage Female Workers Unclad & Tie Them To A Tree by Itulah(op): 11:24am On Jul 16, 2015
These photos have gone viral and the story is so bizarre. Information reaching us indicate that a Republic of Benin soldier named Corporal Chabi Séni, stripped five girls naked and tied them to a tree after accusing them of stealing from their madam who owns a bar and who is his wife.

The soldier decided their punishment would be to parade them naked and have someone take photos of the girls while the bar manager is seen kneeling in the background.

PoliticsMr. President, Stop This Smear Campaign: Iloegbunam Wrote by Itulah(op):
By: Iloegbunam (iloegbunam@hotmail.com) a student of the CHANGE dynamic.
https://newngrguardiannewscom.c.presscdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/Oshiomhole-kk-.jpg
I HAVE watched carefully, with high expectation, but also with a tinge of regret, certain national developments since you were sworn-in as the democratically elected President of Nigeria on May 29, 2015. People have accused your government of lethargy.

Critics have pointed to a streak of favouritism, if not nepotism, in the precious few appointments you have so far managed. Some, even of your own political party – the All Progressives Congress (APC) – have openly expressed doubts as to whether the change promised to dawn with the inception of your administration is in any way remotely resembled to what is so far self-evident.

None of these is of immediate concern to me here. My interest, Mr. President, is more fundamental since it touches on the very soul of Nigerian democracy, which you solemnly promised to nurture and enhance.

In my view, our nation’s fight against the cankerworm of corruption should, first and foremost, be a patriotic national service, not a schedule for partisan dogfights. Unfortunately, the indiscriminate and groundless invectives currently being spewed by your political apostles are in dissonance with the democratic ethos you promised Nigeria. They boil down to hysteria. And they are guaranteed to be counter-productive because they promote the fallacy that to be of service to one’s fatherland is mutually exclusive with malfeasance.

To quote a famous mantra of yours: “If Nigeria does not kill corruption, corruption will kill Nigeria.” The fight against corruption is many-pronged. But it does not include the demonisation of the innocent. Unfortunately, some of your teammates have been on the rampage, levelling unsubstantiated charges against top functionaries of the administration you succeeded.

For instance, Governor Adams Oshiomhole of Edo State has been vitriolic in his attacks against a minister in the Jonathan administration whose offence, so far, appears to be her agreement to serve her country of birth. Does Oshiomhole not appreciate the possibility of the truly guilty escaping justice via the highway of distraction he is busily generating by his wild apportionment of guilt with neither concrete evidence nor trial in a court of competent jurisdiction?

I crave your indulgence to briefly examine a religious aspect of the dreadful thing that is going on because, it is not at all certain that Governor Oshiomhole and his coterie have looked at all sides of everything. I am not a Muslim. I am a Christian (Catholic). But Islam is a religion I hold in high esteem.

I understand that the basic principle of Sharia is that one’s testimony must be based on knowledge, clarity and trust. The Noble Quran [43:86] says “…But only those who testify to the truth [can benefit], and they know.” The Ninth Commandment of the Christian faith is a compelling injunction: “Thou shalt not bear false witness against your neighbor!”
Governor Oshiomhole’s smear campaign against the government of former President Jonathan may be down to personal grudge against some functionaries of that administration.

His tenancy of the Edo State Government House expires in a year. When he vacates office, would the Comrade-Governor rather prefer a kind of treatment whereby, instead of examining his legacy with a sense of duty and balance, a band of critics would rise and drown out every other sound with incessant and mordant attacks on his name and person?

The way things are going, it seems safe to suppose that the profession of faith is rampant among politicians who, nonetheless, consider the upholding of their religious tenets as the tiniest of concerns.

The penchant to heap every imaginable sin in the world on the immediate past Coordinating Minister of the Economy and Minister of Finance, Dr. Okonjo-Iweala does not wash. Many Nigerians see this as unwarranted persecution. In so far as definitions go, Coordinating Minister does not mean Supervisory Minister.

Ministers in the Jonathan administration did not report to Dr. Okonjo-Iweala. Why, then, is she being asked to account for all the ministries in the last dispensation when all others who held down ministerial portfolios are alive and available? Anti-corruption fights often fail because people distract themselves chasing shadows. Mr. President, you should please prevent yourself from falling into this trap. The focus should be on priorities.

Now, Mr. President, you will not inhabit Aso Rock forever, even if you served multiple terms. The day will eventually come when you will become former President Muhammadu Buhari. How would it feel, if after you have done your bit and passed the baton, a rabble rises and scripts the lyrics of a scathing swansong for you that is antithetical to your presidential pedigree?

We pray, Mr. President, that commentators will not, in the ultimate, have cause to pronounce anathema on your administration. I am one of those persuaded that you mean well for Nigeria. For this, I recall again that the central platform of your campaign for the presidency is the fight against corruption.

Is this fight now being prosecuted by the virulent attacks on the personality and integrity of Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, by Oshiomhole and company? Oshiomhole has, among many other indiscriminate charges, accused Dr. Okonjo-Iweala of spending $2.1 billion from the Excess Crude Account (ECA) without authorisation! How can it be said that there was expenditure without authorisation, when the evidence is there that authorisation is undeniable?

How are we sure that the attacks on this woman are not down to the fact that she published details of the Excess Crude monies paid to the governors most of whom cannot now pay salaries of their civil servants, or show to what useful purpose they put the funds they readily collected? Isn’t it obvious that there are high costs to pay for shadow chasing – like when wild allegations are concentrated on the innocent, while an expressway is paved for the escape of those who may have some explaining to do?

Mr. President, the fight against corruption, which you are leading, can do with one imperative, namely, the putting of an immediate end to unwarranted and unsubstantiated accusations that can only divert attention from the real culprits of corruption, if any.

https://newngrguardiannewscom.c.presscdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/Buhari4-e1435445274363.jpg
A MEMBER of the House of Representatives, Hon. Igariwey Iduma Enwo, yesterday dragged President Muhammadu Buhari and five others to court over his release of bailout funds to state governments, contending that the presidential directive contravenes Sections 162, 163, 164 and 168 of the 1999 Nigerian constitution as amended.

Other functionaries joined with the president in the suit filed at the Federal High Court, Abuja; include the Attorney General of the Federation, Federal Ministry of Finance, Revenue Mobilization, Allocation and Fiscal Commission, (RMFAC); Accountant-General of the Federation and the Auditor-General of Federation.

The plaintiff explained that the originating summon was brought pursuant to order 3 rule 9 (1) (2) of the Federal High Court rules and under the inherent jurisdiction of the Court.

In the writ of summons taken out by his counsel, Messrs Okey Muo Aroh, Igariwey formulated two questions for determination including whether having regards to the combined effect of Section 162, 163, 164 and 168 of the 1999 Constitution as amended, which prescribes the way and manner public revenue shall be distributed from the Distributable Pool Account, (DPA); the 1st defendant can by itself or by way of fiat, issue a lawful directives to the 3rd to 6th defendants to appropriate, distribute, allocate and disburse public revenue from the DPA to the federal, state and local governments without the prescription of the National Assembly.

The second issue for determination is, whether having regards to the combined effect of Section 162, 163, 164 and 168 of the 1999 constitution as amended, which stipulates procedures public revenue shall be distributed from the Distributable Pool Account, (DPA); the 1st defendant can unilaterally without recourse to the National Assembly, distribute, allocate and disburse public revenue by way of grants in aids or any other manner from the DPA to the federal, state and local governments.

In the suit No. FHC/ABJ/CS/622/15; Igariwey is seeking among other reliefs, a declaration that all allocation, distribution and disbursement of public revenue from the DPA made by the defendants to the federal, state and local governments without recourse to NASS is unconstitutional, illegal, unlawful and null and void as well as a declaration that all allocation, distribution and disbursement of public revenue from DPA made by the defendants to the federal, states and local governments as grants in aids without recourse to NASS is unconstitutional, illegal, unlawful and null and void.

Other reliefs sought are as follows: “An order of perpetual injunction restraining the defendants from further allocation, distribution or disbursement of public revenue from the Distributable Pool Account to the federal, states and local governments without the prescription of the National Assembly.

“An order of mandatory injunction compelling the defendants to abide by sections 162, 163, 164 and 168 of the 1999 Constitution as amended; at all material time of allocation, distribution and disbursement of public revenue from distributable account. And such further or other orders the court may deem fit to make in the circumstances of this case.”

The defendants were mandated to, within 30 days of the service of the summons on them, including the date of service, July 15, 2015; enter appearance to the summons.

HealthCan’t Resist Cigarette With Your Drink? Blame Your Mother! by Itulah(op):
https://newngrguardiannewscom.c.presscdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/cigarette-smoke.jpg

GORGING on junk food during pregnancy ‘can shape child’s taste for nicotine and alcohol’, experts warn.If you can’t resist lighting up when having a drink with friends, blame your mother. A study found that mother’s diet in pregnancy affects her unborn child’s taste for cigarettes and alcohol. If she gorges on junk food, it seems to change her child’s brain, programming it to enjoy the combination of the two vices. The experiments were done on rats but the New York researchers believe they help why so many of us light to light up while having a drink.

The team from Rockefeller University compared teenage rats whose mothers had eaten fatty food when pregnant with animals exposed to a normal diet in the womb. The creatures were placed in cages with levers that released nicotine and alcohol and trained on how to press them. Those exposed to a fatty diet before birth were desperate to get their nicotine fix. They continued to press an extra-stiff lever when the normal rats had given up. These creatures also preferred a shot of nicotine and alcohol to one of nicotine alone, the Society for the Study of Ingestive Behavior’s, annual conference in Denver heard. The researchers believe that exposure to fat before birth programmed the brain to enjoy the buzz of nicotine and alcohol. Previous research has suggested that to fatty and salty foods in the womb and through breast milk having long- lasting effects on the development of the brain regions that control appetite.

The work is part of a growing body of research that points to a child’s health being programmed early in life, including the womb and per-conception. It is argued that these early days shape a child’s chances of everything from developing diabetes in their 40s and 50s to having a heart attack in old age. It is even said that life expectancy can be traced back to these early days and months, as can a lifelong battle of the bulge.

Your only problem is the "Starter Moto" on top of the Kick Starter.
Have a re-wirer bring the Kick Starter down and have the "Brush" in the Moto change.
#3,000 will do this job with workmanship inclusive.
Do not go about tampering with other component be warn!!!

*Note: If you are in doubt, get a single cable, power ON the ignition, locate the "Kick Starter Moto" behind the Radiator close to the cooling fan, put one end of the cable on the positive on the "Starter Moto" and touch the positive+ of your battery head with the other end of the cable. Your vehicle should crank and start.
