Many people are ready to put behind bars those who are accused of rape. Unfortunately, it won't just happen now or in the future. Even if you become a judge today, you can't just wake up and sentence someone like Pastor Fatoyinbo to jail for rape. If you do, an appeal court judge would throw away your verdict the moment he appeals the verdict. Why? He didn't confess to the crime + no substantive evidence to prove he's guilty. Here is why rape victims need to voice out early, or at least run to a hospital, get tests done and keep for future speaking out purposes
