Awesome I've taught about this too. May be it will make other states strive to sustain the labour power of their indigenes and encourage development all around the country as most people will be discouraged to move out

Why call on APC? I can see NNPP candidate there too. I hope it's not this banner some people saw that made them draw conclusion that APC is using PDP to campaign in the North. This could be a group or a clan showing support to their members or kin what ever Chan chater means though. This sort of campaign is one of its kind

Politics / Re: Why Is Tinubu Not Using Buhari Achievements To Boast But Using Lagos by Ivimmanuel: 7:57am On Sep 06, 2022
Ibadanpikin:
Tinubu want to succeed Buhari as Nigeria but instead of boasting with apc achievement him and his bigot supporters, are busy using lagos that was develope before Tinubu was born as his achievement.Does it mean that Buhari and apc are total failures.
when you apply for a job do you use someone elses experiences or qualifications as yours? You only point to your achievements or established portfolio. Btw if not for the fact that Tinubu is part of Buharis government that has brought nothing but failure. I'd see him as just a candidate contesting under the platform of APC.

Federal government has really done a lot in terms of infrastructure in Nigeria tertiary institutions through tetfund. If you go to most tertiary institutions, except the trees every other thing bears tetfund tag from furniture, building and vehicles. Maybe their salaries should be payed through tetfund too.

Wike knows why he is Angry with Ayu. They made him chairman but he refused to act the script and sold the ticket to the highest bidder, they didn't even find him worthy as a deputy candidate Ortom is now acting as he knows nothing about the plot. I laugh at at Ortoms senatorial ambition

where did FG get money to construct railway to niger republic?

Where did FG get money to purchase cars for niger republic? So stop asking irrelevant question.
the government sees that borrowing to construct rail to Niger is more important than borrowing to pay lectures and no one can make them think otherwise Chris Ngige was clear on this, that government can't borrow to pay lectures.

It was only reasonable they took what ever was offered to them and open negotiation with a government that values education. In the end they all smile home and the students? Must lost a semester or two, owing rents, been rushed by the lectures to round up a semester work in two weeks.

Btw can someone explain to me how revitalisation funds would benefit students?

Tinubu single-handedly jeopardized the formation of amotekun in Lagos & reduced their influence in Osun bcs he didn’t want to offend the Fulani’s at our detriment. This is a man ready to sacrifice the entire Yoruba land for his ambition. Tinubu ti lule

When Fulani herdsmen killed Pa Fasoranti’s daughter in Ondo. Tinubu went there to defend the killers by asking “where are the cows”. Tinubu represents the worst of us as Yoruba’s.

Tinubu has never supported any Yoruba cause unless he stands to gain from it.

He is a Scam. He is only there to satisfy his unquenchable greed. He frustrated our security architecture (amotekun) in the SW bcs he wanted to be “presdent”. We will treat him like the omo ale he is come 2023.
Una no dey tire for these politicians mata

Allow them fight for their rights sir!

Aggressiveness is the only way forward in this country
and the students? I'm not against them fighting for their rights but I think is really not reasonable for insisting all their demands me met with the kind of government in power right now. Tbh if the students were not affected I'd not be bothered. Good thing is most of them also have children in these schools and not that their salaries are not coming they won't be able to move them so I hope they call off before elections

Ok

They should also reduce the cost of government office holders salary by 70%

How can a councilor be collecting 500k+ as salary and a professor will be collecting stipends, police wey una carry gun give will be collecting money that can't buy bag of rice.

This are the things I expect a presidential candidate to address, coz if this issues is addressed, one grandpa wey know person wey know person won't be dying to become governor, then senator, then rep, later minister, then commissioner.

these are some of the serious issues the government should look into and even aspirants should consider for a dieing country like Nigeria. It's amazing how much how much politicians earn but you'd see how even those saying they are not running the office for the money will turn blind eye to it. The problem of Nigeria starts from the TOP. Make I hear hear person say change begins with you again.

There are instances where people that use official numbers will have to change them to private numbers to avoid unnecessary attention from criminals I believe this type of technology will come handy but because crime is in the increase everyday in Nigeria people are only looking at it from the wrong direction

Do you know that students payed school fees to these universities and it's in their right to receive the services they payed for? Do you know landlords are already calling some students to come and vacate their houses? Some of these students would've graduated by now.

ASUU are also threatening to cancel two sessions for FG refusal to pay them salaries so if FG were paying them salaries they'd still be striking and making unending demands others whose children are in public universities would have taking them to private universities by now. Do you also know that while the strike is on some universities are still collecting money from candidates and conducting post utme exams? These students would have to wait at home for a year or longer after they are given admissions.

ASUU are not different from kidnappers. they have held the students hostage while they demand their ransome from the government. Students never bargained for this if this, they should settle their differences with the government more professionally and maturely not at the detriment of the students.

Everything is not working abi? And politicians have money to throw around?
Please come up with another excuse.
if medical consultants and other professionals go on strike the way ASUU do and with the kind of attitude they show, what do you think would become of the country? Nigeria lectures are not the only government workers poorly paid if at all they are but they make most of the noise idk if someone forced them to take the job.

Other government agencies have been able to their demands without incessant strikes. Schools have been locked for more than six months! this is a show of heartlessness by ASUU. Politicians are throwing money around Nigerians are starving but at least the government increased the salaries of lectures by 100℅.

Its time they go to those universities that can offer them everything they want, doctors are doing same

I kindly suggest ASUU should go and build their own university and have all they want there. It's obvious the government can't meet their 1001 demand demands, they want everything perfect in a country where nothing is working.
