Any firm, registered or not, financial or not, even individuals can be charged with money laundering if they
engage in money laundering, that is the position of the law.

Many don't understand how bandits operate.
The NAF targeted a group of bandits while mingling with some civilian populace
and now we have collateral damage.
Sometimes, the collaterals are very small and doesn't make the news.

Many of the fraudsters are illegal immigrants who overstayed their visas.

Nigerian professionals engage in legal business that contribute to the US economy.
