I am very happy to hear this.

There are those who have been wondering if Nigeria could deny citizens of developed countries entry visa. Well, there you have it folks.

Here is a man who professes that Nigeria is a failed state that would disintegrate in a few years yet is on the board of an institution in that same country.

Good riddance to bad rubbish!
When I read comments like this one I just lose all hope in the people of Nigeria.
Allergic to (constructive) criticism. smh
Forum GamesRe: List Four Things You Would Need To Survive, If Left Alone On A Deserted Island. by Iyineda(m): 10:02pm On May 16, 2011
It's like the majority of people here didn't understand the OP's question well. He wasn't expecting you to include "food" as one item. That would be too easy. Why then limit the number of items to just 4? Anywho, IMO:

1. Fire
2. Cloth / piece of fabric (cotton is preferable)
3. Something I can cut with (knife, machete, katana, adamantium claws, whatever chops stuff)
4. A bag full of canned food tongue Not a thing, but a companion, preferably an attractive female.

As for food, I am sure the island would have a few nuts, vegetable and maybe even accessible sea food (crabs, oysters).

I AM A SURVIVOR.

lol, no I'm not. . . ^^'

black women have got to learn to be proud of what god gave them. the majority of those weaves look terrible.
honestly i dont know how some of these women that carry them around can leave their homes with those things on their heads.  This problem is now at an epidemic stage -many black women have been brainwashed into beleiving that european looking features and hair are superior to african ones, black women have got to stop buying into the western ideals of beauty and be confident in their own beauty, i know its hard with the daily bombardment from the western media of what is supposedly the ideal of beauty

i can only speak for myself but those weaves (especially the ones that are sooo long and fake looking) are a real turn off.
I couldn't have said this better. Kudos.

That is how the other day, one was try to cross the road, when the attachment thing fell off. People started shouting at her to pick up her thing that it had fallen, She just kept a straight face and kept on walking. That is how 10,000 naira went down the drain. I no fit laff finish that day
Actually that makes me sad and sorry for some of these girls. undecided
It's like a do-or-die issue nowadays. No long hair (natural or not) = living ugly for the rest of one's life. Really sad.

The funny thing is, I prefer White girls with short hair, neck-length at most (see pic below). Once it gets too long, it's just too much of a mess for me. Rather all girls kept their hair well kempt. smiley

Is it the speed of life here or what?

I love my black sisters but excessive and bloated wigs? attachements? just makes them look fake

Other ladies here do but i long for the black woman's natural hair!!!

Is there a way or? What do you think?
Mate, you are not alone. I'm not fond of attachments and weave-ons or whatever. Especially given the fact that it's always so obvious and fake-looking. I'm glad my sisters don't use a lot of that (only extensions on a few occasions). But they are lucky because their hair grow naturally fast and conditioning it makes it look nice. Braids are cool. Weaves are not.

I believe in concrete facts, period. Be it from science or any other medium as long as there is (intelligible) proof behind it.

I cannot put my faith in fables, fairy tales and the words of imaginary friends.

When will people learn that it is not Nigeria that is going to win or lose in this reality tv programme but an individual. In no way is this individual officially representing Nigeria. They only insist on branding each candidate in the show with their nationality because it makes it look geographically and culturally diverse. Big whoop!

I actually like Mr Jonathan's dressing style. It is very elegant and stands out from the classic suits. It's also not as flashy as agbada (I love agbadas grin) so it's a nice compromise between formal-wear and traditional look.
