Seriously this people are playing with people's emotions, they just refused my wife's application reasons been that The purpose of her visit is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details we provided in our application - I guess this has to do with the course my wife is coming to study. maybe they didn't see career progression which is not true because, she graduated in 2021 (BSC Agric science) after which she formally decided to venture into business.

Less than one year after her graduation, we officially registered our two companies in 2022 even though the business has been existing unregistered while she was in school. since then she has been managing the company. So going for a PGD course in global business management is needed to help her gain the relevant skills needed to further enhance the growth of the company since her first degree wasn't business related.

So what did they mean that the purpose of her visit is not consistent?

Why will they assume she will not come back after studies when we have both family and economic home ties - our 3 kids are here, our businesses are here and were well declared, official valuation reports of our factory, landed properties and survey plans, cars and also every other of our relatives and relations are all here in Nigeria.

Seriously I have been thinking of this refusal since yesterday night I am not understanding it, and they didn't say anything about insufficient funds ooh.

I don't have access to my GCkey portal but my email was used by my agent to submit the application, please is it possible to get decision without a corresponding email from ircc

The IME number is not compulsory for upfront medicals. Your best bet is to book manually by sending them an email requesting for an appointment.

Also we didn't do upfront medicals before we submitted our visa application, is it advisable we still do it now or we should wait for IRCC to request for it.

I am about to schedule a biometric appointment for me and my wife, my wife is the primary applicant for study permit, I am her dependant for SOWP.

Both of us got different biometric instruction letters, now while scheduling for biometric appointment are we going to create two different accounts with vfs or just one account?

I intend to submit only four months statement hope is not a red flag. I have a lump sum before the four months and I will not want it to reflect in the statement of account.

These three payment channel uses black market rate which is way higher than official rate. This afternoon flywire rate is #820 as against official rate of #550 per CAD, please has anyone made payment to Conestoga college using Flutterwave, I heard they use official rate or any other payment channels different from these Flywire, Convera or pay my tuition. Pls I need advice. Am a 27 year old graduate of a federal university in Nigeria desiring to travel to Australia, either through securing a work visa or study visa as I have noticed those are the two sure ways to getting my Permanent Residence over there.

However from the discussions in this page, It seems the traveling agents have little or no input in the whole process since almost everything is done online, I don't know if am right.
And also I have no working experience as I have been into personal business since I left school in 2014.
