Let's say I do. Fire away.
I know very well how the CBN governor lost his position.
Do you know very well what can make that happen? That's past though don't wanna dwell on that.
Today we're faced with a constitutionally backed CJN and an attempt by the Executive to cripple the Judiciary after failed attempts at doing the same to the Legislative. That's a more valid discussion
Let's say you do, when it's obvious you don't understand what the section says? Nah, we can't assume you understood what you read when you clearly didn't grasp a thing. How then, would you understand the subject matter when you don't have an idea of what the constitution says about it? Bro, I'm out. It was nice talking to you.

Still not interested in the Jonathan's trial you're conducting. The much I know, he is not the President.
You do not see Jonathan as a hero of democracy. You do not see him as an ideal leader. Yet you use his deeds in the distant past to give a green light to Buhari's misdemeanour. And you still hurl hypocrisy accusations all over like it's carbon dioxide. *sigh*

It is weakening. Very weakening to sustain a discussion of reason with your ilks embarassed
Lol.. For your mind you bin think say u dey make any reasonable argument since? I had to remind you of your hero of Democracy because it's obvious you have a selective amnesia, you needed some sort of help and that was exactly what I did. You Shut your eyes those ills that took place during his administration but now, your eyes are wide open, thank God for that. Probably, if your hero had laid a good precedent PMB wouldn't be acting thus way, don't you think so? Your hero went against the NJC when it recommended that Justice Ayo Salami be reinstated, he wasn't a tyrant to you but PMB is. Very dude!
Have a great day bro, your biased mind set wouldn't let you see things clearly.

Today is not about Jonathan. Today is about an unrepentant tyrant and what must be done to ensure tomorrow is not affected by today.
All these reminiscing you're engaging in does not interest me.
I provided a link to help you understand the subject matter but this is all your head could come up with it. Lol
You don't even have a point, yesterday doesn't affect today, funny. You should go read about Historical Approach that's if you would comprehend what it is all about. Why do judges Base some of their judgements on similar cases that took place in the past? Why do lawyers quote judgements from the past and use it as a strong argument in their defense?

If you're ready to debate without being devilishly apologetic and without sinking into childish vituperation.

First, the CCT is headed by someone with corrupt accusations..he has a case since early 2018, he wasn't asked to step down and yet presided over another person's ouster whose case is about 2 weeks old.

Secondly, why the haste by the govt. 3 weeks ago Osibanjo claim his boss is not aware and less than a 4days ago, the CJN got suspended by someone no aware he has a case , if that ain't suspicious to you.. Then nothing ever will!

Finally there are laid down ways of ousting same man as documented in the constitution, illegal jumping the gun and swapping words like 'suspension', 'remove' is seriously misleading and completely fraudulent. Same man main who honoured CCTs recommendation has rejected several high courts in Nigeria and even the ECOWAS court.

See the fingerprints are on the wall, but no one can help you if you're unable to see it.

Corruption can't be rooted out by corruption, it never works that way.

"When they came for the Jews, I kept quiet because I was not a Jew..." Find the complete quote and appraise yourself, you might be enjoying the moment, laughing and arguing it, will u do the same when it hit home? Time shall tell.
Bla Bla Bla.... Who is sinking into childish vutepuration?
Danladi Umar was acquitted in 2016 on those same charges Keyamo filed against him in 2018, go back and do your research before you quote me again.
Between the CCT chairman who was alleged to have received bribe and Onnoghen who admitted himself that he forgot to declare those domiciliary accounts as the Chief Custodian of our Constitution, who should step aside? Do you tell some of corrupt police officers not to arrest any suspected thief because they themselves are corrupt?
Secondly, that you were not aware of an incident that occurred in the morning doesn't mean you shouldn't be aware this afternoon. PMB not being aware of the case against Onnoghen but suspended him two days ago is a non-issue. I don't care if the action was politically driven or not, what my concerns me is the crime committed by the Suspended CJN. I don't care about the timing because there will never be a perfect time to ask him to step down as there's no law that's stipulates when and when not to arrest a criminal.
You know what? Isn't it funny that you and your ilks bullied Kemi Adeosun into resigning but are now urging the criminal Justice to keep occupying his position despite the fact he has admitted to the committing the crime?
The parable on the Jew thing is on you, you were among those who shouted to the heavens that Adeosun must go but you are singing a different song, quoting the constitution(law) that you don't know anything about.
The coming days would determine if PMB acted wrongly or did the right thing when the matter goes to court.

Another day, Another Zombie.
What Jonathan did doesn't matter because he is past now. And he remains past like every other leader we've had.
He is a hero because he didn't do what Buhari is doing today, trying to overrun every arm of government to ensure he emerges President by crook, and not necessarily by votes. I didn't name him hero. Those whose VISA woukd make you forget the current president's first name did.
If I'm wrong about Onnoghen, being wrong alongside the United States, United Kingdom and European Union is not an awful 'wrong'.
Enjoy your Buhari-induced righteousness while it lasts.
The internet never forgets grin
Lol.. Jonathan is in the past indeed, isn't it funny that, it's people like you who tell us how projects completed and commissioned by this administration were initiated by the PDP but you don't want to accept any wrong doing by the PDP and Jonathan because they are now in the past? Your hypocrisy stinks! Let me remind you of a few things your hero did since you have a deliberate amnesia, Jonathan sacked Hafiz Ringim (IGP), Jonathan ordered the lock down of the Green Chambers and our lawmakers had to scale through the fence to gain access into the Chambers, Jonathan withdrew the security details of the then speaker (Tambuwal), Jonathan, ordered CP Mbah to lay siege at the Rivers State Government House preventing Amaechi and Senator Mamora from entering the GH, Jonathan granded the River State Jet, Jonathan arrested and locked up opposition leaders Ekiti State during the election. I guess you were still a baby when these incidents happened or you were born 30th May, 2015 that's why you are ignorant of these happenings.

Are you not the Zombie here? So, you would forget YOUR SURNAME if the UK or US gives you a Visa? Zombie, What makes the US and UK right and the President wrong? Is it because they're foreign governments?

Sanusi Lamido is a CBN President and his appointment/sack is dependent on the President's authority alone. Let's remain on relevant grounds.

Salami's case was widely publicized and it's a pointer to everything wrong with what Buhari did.
Are you aware that even the AGF of Nigeria then pointed out that it was impossible for Salami to be reinstated as a court order was received against that on the same day?
In this case, court orders were trampled upon and he proceeded to suspend Onnoghen without recourse to the constitution or due process either.

The President goofed; Q.E.D.
Everything about this removal, from the timing to the process spells out dictatorship.
To be sincere, I've always believed Nigeria is not ripe for democracy. These are bare evidences.
Section 11(f) of the CBN act 2007 contradicts you. The President needs 2/3 of the Senate to remove the CBN Governor.

Last Nigeria knew, the case was adjourned until Monday, so the President shoukd explain how he got the order and who was the counsel.
Of course he can't. cool
President Jonathan, as long as I'm concerned belongs to Nigeria's past. And last he was remembered for was being a light of democracy in Africa.
Today, we are being rebuked by US, UK and EU. My education will not allow me fool myself into pretending anything is moral in what Buhari has done.
Your hypocrisy knows no bound. Yesterday doesn't matter to you but today does, very funny. What Jonathan did yesterday didn't matter, of course that's a way for you to run from the truth, from who you really are because you never condemned Jonathan for his action. The NJC then upon concluding its investigation on Justice Salami recommended that he should be reinstated but your hero of Democracy threw the Recommendation into the waste bin. Yes, GEJ is your hero because he conceded defeat in an election he clearly lost. Your Onnoghen has been trying to run away from prosecution, trying to get court injunctions to stop his trial at the CCT, postponed the NJC meeting indefinitely. The Chief Custodian of our laws running from the law.
PMB acted on the recommendation of CCB and we shall find in the coming days if he was right or wrong to suspend Onnoghen, for now Onnoghen should stay clear off our courts.

To whom brain is given, sense is expected.
Salami's suspension was very much in line with what is stipulated in the constitution.
I'm talking trial and fact-finding that spanned 5 months and the blessing of the NJC.
Not an ex-parte motion obtained from the wind in a non-existent court session.
As long as everyone is concerned, they were to reconvene on January 28th.
Charge and bail Lawyer, after the NJC's investigation on Justice Salami, what was its recommendation? Did Jonathan reinstate him?

Is Mr Buhari not gradually going insane?

Like I said earlier, it's either you were born post 2015 or you just started making use of your brains. Did you vote against the last administration because of those anomalies? You are here crying me an ocean when you should have asked the suspended CJN to step aside pending the conclusion of the investigation on his asset declaration and for the fact that he admitted to the crime. If you had a functional brain, You would have asked yourself why Onnoghen postponed the NJC meeting indefinitely and why he tried to get a judgement from the High Court to stop his trial at the CCT.

Exactly! You don't have the moral right to condemn this administration if you intentional kept quiet when a similar incident happened during the last administration.
