Topics such as Data Structures and Algorithms, Concurrency, Databases would be thought in both, But that of Operating systems would have more dept with Software Engineering. Though it's also a core of computer science.

SavageBoy:
If you aren't going to school to study any of the courses listed below, pls don't bother going at all:

•Medicine
•Nursing
•Pharmacy
•Computer Science
•Radiography
•Some engineering courses

If it's not any of the above, abeg sit down for house, use that money you would have used to pay school fees and get a Laptop... start learning to code,in 8 months time, you'll be glad you did so.

What I came to realize about life is this; our parents know what they've seen when they urge and insist we study "professional" courses in school, but we young folks disregard their point of view as "ancient"... I for example was studying Botany in the university, reasoned what I'll do with this thing in the long run... omorr I saw I was just wasting my time oh,took jamb in my third year, applied for pharmacy in a federal university, got the admission... I'm really glad I made that decision.

Living in Nigeria is hard... don't make it harder for yourselves by studying Nonsense

Hello, sir.

Hello, bosses.
Compliments of the season.
Sometime in 2020, I enquired about Crypto from someone. I was told I needed at least $100 to start and that hindered me. Where I wan see am?
Going through some pages of this thread, I noticed some brothers were gifted $20 to start trading. And it makes me wonder if I had been misinformed or confused. Kindly enlighten me, please.

I'm interested in starting trading this year and I also want to stop being broke and depressed at all times. I know Crypto is not a get-rich-quick scheme and I'm not after quick money, but at least, I know with commitment, there will be financial changes.
I've opened an account on Binance yesterday and I've been able to verify it.
I've also watched a video on YouTube for the basics.
What's the least amount one can use to start?

Is it possible to operate on airdrops alone without funding the account with any capital?

Do not ignore, please.

Sometimes you have to borrow to self invest.

It starts from self investing
Borrowing to self invest is not really feasible, sir. Is it from friends, banks or loan apps?

Also, borrowing to invest in Nigeria is 80:20 success chance to me.....

You have valid points, but how would someone who earns 15k lipsrsealed monthly save not to talk of investing?

Welcome and greetings to you, so just earlier this semester as a Seminarian, a friend introduced me to this top-notch mobile app t that enables me to design fliers, posters, flex, gift cards, birthday cards and all that.

Smiles* and so now i spend my free time either designing something or studying. Which way_ we muvvee! Rate me abeg.
Hi!
The pictures in your designs are too much.
It seems you're trying to pour all your design skills into one design.
For those pix by the right with different shapes, you can make the shapes the same; maybe as squares.
It's more, but make research on these design principles:
- Negative spacing
- Balancing
- Hierarchy
- Color balance/ mixing etc
For color ideas, you can try sites like:
colorhunt dot com
colorsupplyyy dot com etc

Teaching is so stressful. I'm currently teaching in a private school and they pay me 20k in a month, I use up to 8k for transportation. I teach 3 subjects, JSS1 to JSS3. I'm expected to write lesson notes for all subjects, but I only choose to write for just 1 subject (that's 3 lesson notes), myself and the school director had so many issues on that lesson note. But it is what it is, that's what I want to do. So they will want to use you like hell, that's for Sure.
grin grin
I'm conversant with your plight, boss.
Out of the 11 subjects I teach, I also choose/manage to write notes on just 6....
And I still dey expect when dem go ask of the remaining cheesy. I will just take my things and leave gently...
It's really tiresome

Many job seekers has low self esteem and that's why employers normally takes advantage of them. I would rather follow bricklayers to work than accept such embarrassing offer. 15k for 11subjects? Dey should kuku no pay na!
Lol. For what childish gratification would I be lying?
In fact I'm the one paid the most. The person teaching Nursery's 1 and 2 is receiving 9k!!

I teach 11 subjects and I earn 15k monthly

[Breakdown of the subjects]
I teach Primary 3 and 4 students Mathematics and I teach JSS 1 to JSS 3 Maths, ICT and BST.

The relief for a while now is that after the JSS 3 students concluded their state exams, they haven't been coming to school.

As a teacher, what's your workload and pay range?

PS: I took advantage of a situation to request for an increase last month and 2k was added.....
If not for that, it's not deemed fit to be reviewed....

Education / Which Solution Is Correct? by JABAIDO(m): 6:28pm On Sep 06, 2021
Evening here
So, I came across this question online and people are having different approaches to it.

"Calculate the apparent weight loss of a man weighing 70kg in an elevator moving downwards with an acceleration of 1.5ms-2.
[g = 10ms-2]
A. 686N
B. 595N
C. 581N
D. 105N"

[g = 10ms-2]

The first screenshot is from 'my school.ng'. It has untallied answers on the website and on its YouTube channel
The second screenshot is from another website

To me, I think B is the correct answer
