Foreign AffairsRe: Xenophobia: 2 Ghanaians Drag South Africa To International Criminal Court by JaceBlaze: 9:25pm On Jul 21
seppuku:
Is it safe to say you don't really care about anything outside of yourselves?

The contention from other Africans has never been about "illegal immigrants" and if they should be deported or not. I think every right thinking African understands that dilemma, but unfortunately that's not the message we are getting from South Africa so either you are bad communicators and cannot frame your grievances in an articulate enough manner or this is all a disguise for a deeper rooted "feeling" you have for the "other" and Africans in general. You can't go to six different parties and everyone keeps telling you the same thing about how you are dressed and then you come out and say they are all wrong.

Your antecedence regarding how you have handled this matter argues for xenophobia.

I remember telling you it is only a matter of time.

As the popular South African saying goes "Hey, WE don't care". You can groove till you babalas.
We have done a lot for Africa so I would say your assumptions are wrong.

I think at this point everyone is allowed to look at this migration issue from their own angle and conclude with their own "facts" if they so please. This sh*t has gone in circles long enough.what are we even arguing about at this point?

A matter of time before Ghana takes us to ICC? I don't remember when you told me but I will admit you hit the bull's eye right there.I guess it's true what they say about broken clock being right twi........

Don't change the subject. You people have claimed across numerous forums that you were good with Ghana. They were the model West Africans now small arguement and they are now like their cousins.

Don't worry you will soon start with Kenyans and Burundians very soon.

Shame no dey catch una!

#SAYNOTOXENOPHOBIA.
Personally I never cared for Ghana but I did hear from South Africans who were born in the 70's/80's that Ghanaians were among the earliest migrants to live side by side with native South Africans without any friction.Yes you are right, for a while South Africa had a soft spot for Ghana and it's people but all it took was for us to tell people that they can't live in the country illegally to be everybody's nemesis. Is it safe to say that relationship was always parasitic but we just didn't know it??🤔🤔 Hmmm

That will depend on what Kenya and Burundi's next move is.For now it's still all good as far as I'm concerned cheesy

And as for shame...we are currently grooving in our "shebeens" to this song:

But they were the disciplined and well behaved Africans who you never had a problem with you now they are exactly like us. HAHAHAHAHA!

Why the switch now?

The answer is easy. They have always known who and what you people are.
Are you Ghana's only neighbour? If you good then why scratch where it don't ich

If you studied law then go back and tell them to withdraw that degree of yours and throw it in the trash. An embarrassment to learned folk by you standing on such an over simplistic view of citizenship in your country.

I am still waiting for an answer on how you acquired your citizenship Jaceblaze?

Were you born to exiles in Mozambic, is that why you dislike foreigners so much?
Okay

Being a genius conspiracy theorist that you are you should be able to tell all of us where I was born and how I became a Saffer.

Asinine opinion.

For the record: Majority of African migrants in South Africa have never been on an aeroplane before. You need an ID document to fly and once again majority of them don't have those because they enter the country via illegal routes.

I studied law btw,and the South Africa Constitution book is always with me so I don't know who you think you are talking to.

One more time: South Africa does not do birthright citizenship

Yes, circular reasoning produces cognitive dissonance.

"South Africa does not do birthright citizenship because we just don't do it.

on this basis, I declare, you are not a citizen by "birth" Jace.
The king of circular arguments is complaining about circular arguments.

Imagine the migraines we had to suffer through.
CelebritiesRe: Chidimma Adetshina Heads to Court to Challenge Deportation From S.A (Video) by JaceBlaze: 6:16pm On Jul 17

Yes with the key words being "unconditional" versus "specific conditions."

This is why laymen who just read the immigration act and constitution for the first time shouldn't be commenting or making sweeping statements.

We leave that to the lawyers and immigration experts.
Let's ring it out loud one more time so another future japajerian from Makoko doesn't get any ideas:

South Africa does not do birthright citizenship
CelebritiesRe: Chidimma Adetshina Heads to Court to Challenge Deportation From S.A (Video) by JaceBlaze: 5:34pm On Jul 17
seppuku:
Its cognitive dissonance. The technicalities too difficult for you. I understand my Brada. That's why people like Jacinta qualify as your leaders.

"South Africa does not offer unconditional birthright citizenship; citizenship is primarily granted based on parentage (jus sanguinis), not solely by being born in the country.
Current Legal Framework
Under the South African Citizenship Act of 1995, any child born to at least one South African parent automatically receives citizenship at birth, regardless of the child’s place of birth

This reflects the principle of jus sanguinis (“right of blood”) rather than jus soli (“right of the soil”), meaning that citizenship is inherited from the parents rather than granted simply by being born in South Africa

Children born in South Africa to foreign parents do not automatically acquire citizenship. Instead, they may claim South African citizenship later, but only under specific conditions: the child must have been registered at birth, lived in South Africa until reaching the age of majority, and submit a formal application to claim citizenship

This process ensures that citizenship is not automatic for children of non-citizen parents.

Before 2013, South Africa allowed a form of conditional birthright citizenship children born in the country to at least one permanent resident parent were automatically considered citizens at birth

.However, the Citizenship Amendment Act of 2010, effective from January 1, 2013, curtailed this policy. Now, children born in South Africa to non-citizen parents only acquire citizenship if they would otherwise be stateless, and citizenship claims require a formal application after"
I just wanna make sure we don't sway off track:

South Africa does not do birthright citizenship
CelebritiesRe: Chidimma Adetshina Heads to Court to Challenge Deportation From S.A (Video) by JaceBlaze: 4:36pm On Jul 17
seppuku:
You do know that there was a period children born to Legal residents within the country were accorded citizenship by birth right?

You do know that children born in the country designated as stateless acquired birthright citizenship right?

You do know that there was a clarification of children born outside the country to a South African citizen being "redesignated" as South Africans by birth ( birthright citizenship) and not by descent, right?

Like I said leave these things to the immigration experts and ready your constitution properly cause your hate for any other person claiming to be "you" will blind you from common sense.

Jace Jace Jace.

You must read your immigration law very well. This is why we leave such matters to expert immigration lawyers to handle and not uneducated South Africans who are just reading their constitution for the first time.

If its a cut and dry case, She would have been gone by now.

I wonder what her lawyers are arguing are the grounds for her stay in SA.

Hmmmmm?

I swear jealousy will kee those lazy xenophobic black South Africans.
South Africa does not do birthright citizenship baba, this girl is not and will NEVER be a South African. And why should a fraudster be rewarded a citizenship?

And as for "there's nothing anyone can do about it" ...I don't know about that,I really don't know.prior to 30th of June that was the tune and attitude of most illegal aliens, little did they know reality is about to hit different. All that tough talk changed drastically.

Goldberg Goldberg Gobeck, the spaza shops the South Africans took over from the foreigners, some of them can't even renew the rent, while the foreigners are operating from 6am to 9pm, the new owners are opening from 10 while closing by 5pm.

No migrant working under the table is expecting retirement packages or contingencies. They know fully well when the game is up, its up which is why they usually send a majority of their earnings back home to build homes, fund childrens educations and save for the inevitable.

They are indeed "hard workers" in my book .
Fair point.

No! They are cheap hard labourers, greed and capitalism's ultimate favourites.

No problem. You guys should continue. You want immigrants out of your country and you have to do it in the most uncivilized way of killing them, brutalising them, destroying their property, looting their shops, etc, and you want the rest of Africa to give you thumps up and applaud you??

They say every action has consequences. I hope the Mzansis are prepared for the consequences that will follow these actions you have taken.

I understand the Boers in your country are totally not in support of your actions. Definitely, they will not be able to stand the international embarrassment that will follow the xenophobic attacks you have chosen. It will surely lead to another round of apartheid issue in your country and a possible civil war, in which the rest of Africa will sit and watch while you black South Africans are enslaved and exterminated. This is going to be in addition to other consequences that will follow.

Anywhere black South Africans are spotted on the continent, they will either be killed or chased away, like it's happening to some South African tourists in Mozambique.
Your prophesy is noted lol.
Foreign AffairsRe: We Were Your Backbone - Say 60,000 Zimbabweans As They Leave SA - PICTURES by JaceBlaze: 1:56pm On Jul 08
Hemanwel:
The reason black South Africans have embarked on this xenophobic exercise is simple: they are jealous of how other black Africans have become immensely successful on SA soil while they (the citizens) haven't gotten a life.

The land of SA has favoured the foreigners more than the citizens, so the thing they pain them gan!
Oh really? You do realise the "hard workers" who are now back in their countries like Zimbabwe,Malawi and so on are broke AF right now? Their greedy employers who exploited them over the years left them to hang and dry.No retirement packages,no contingencies set up for them l, nothing.Yeah we natives are jealous of all that. embarassed
