It was a woman that verified my document.
I made it known to her that I have a scholarship at stake. In fact, she mentioned my situation to a man in the office (probably the person you're talking about).
But they said they can't capture me today....that I should come back next week Monday for capturing.

I wasn't captured today. The woman told me that my docs will have to be passed to about twelve tables for processing and to confirm my online payment. Even when I told them that I have a scholarship at stake, they said it's not possible for me to be captured today. I was told to come back next week Monday for capturing.

You're right bro..... although she delayed me....but as soon as she starts attending to me....she didn't take much time...and yes....I have all my documents with me.

She asked me to photocopy my payment slip.
I did that and submitted all my documents to her. She arranged it for me in their brown file.... before directing to an office for verification.

I'm there right now but the person to attend to me is not on sit.

I don't know how long I'll be here.....

The woman was free.....and she didn't let me know (cos she said she'll call me when she's set).

Thank God I stood up from my sit to know what's going on...lol

The last time i went i was suspecting either she's on leave or change office. So best bet you will be the first to share your experience with the black woman. All the same just follow our procedure no cause for alarm once you notice she's attending to people go and meet her again

The woman is aware that we're waiting for her....but she's busy attending to the documents of those that are applying through her

Just wait for her to attend to you... She may act rudely sometimes, but she will surely answer you.

If you see her on seat with nobody occupying her, go back to remind her again...

You will find the capturing and collection stages more professionally done.

You need to directly go to the right office yourself and not ask randoms officers that may want to take an advantage of you. What stage are you there for now?. For online verification?.

I haven't even started anything at all. The woman that attends to online applicants asked me to sit.....she said she'll call me when she's set

Don't call any number, don't let anyone use you and chop, calculate 10 days from now or wait till 2 weeks go back there and go to collection room and show them that paper

I'm currently at Alausa passport office and they're telling me that the person attending to online applicants is not on sit.

They separated I and one other lady from others cos we paid online.

I did my capturing yesterday and on my printout, it says 21, so I think you have a grace of one year to do your interview and capturing.

And I’ll advice you head to Ikoyi cos I did all the process by myself and got it in a week. Tho when I got to servicom, they asked me who is processing it for me and I told them I’m doing it myself. I had to check online and get the customer care line in Abuja, I spoke to someone and reported their conduct and I was asked to give the phone to the office at Servicom, he was angry after the conversation but processed my file and it was signed same day. You’ll also write a letter and attach too. They wrote on my file “SELF PROCESSED” and I stil got my passport in a week. They don’t like it when you process it yourself. It cost me less, cos I paid for it myself, their is a lady at a cafe beside that gave me a form to fill cos I did my print out there.

Please, I forgot to ask my guarantor for the photocopy of his National ID card.....but I have a photocopy of his driver's license and the data page of his international passport.

Is that enough to proceed with my application?

U can do *346# to retrieve ur national identity number sha if your phone number was registered to it
Then try and see if u can get a reprint using this number

From Ikeja under bridge, cross to Lasuth road and walk down a few meter (just after a police station), you will find the High court by your right hand (same side of Lasuth).

The form you filled must be dully completed so you will print it out (it's 3 pages) with your passport photograph 2. Then your guarantor must give you a passport photograph to attach to your guarantor form, at the back of your guarantor passport it must have his/her name and signature

I believe your guarantor should sign at the back of the passport photographs and fill the application form in the necessary columns meant for him

The lady you will meet for an interview likes to give space between them. She will tell you the date to come for capturing after you are done with her. Probably 4-7 days after.

You can try your luck by telling her you really need to proceed to Capturing stage on that same day you finished with her because you urgently need the passport for a scholarship.

That's what I'll do.
