For those condemning his actions. If matter get worse he and his families + other state legislators would get d best medical attention while the mass would b left to suffer it on their own. It's that time some of you will come here n be calling him names. I'm not his fan or apc fan but must we b falling and die on the street before we get sense ?
Just keep quiet, Oyo is not on lockdown, since day one, have u seeing people falling and die on the street?

And u think hunger can't make people to fall and die on the street?

I pity mostly the poor Nigerians in their masses in the coming days to come.

The country called Nigeria has successfully failed us in this trying times.

This shit is getting real, I hope when other continent are free from the virus, Africa won't just start thier own.

Lockdown, should have been the best to combat the virus, but lockdown can't and is not working, u can't lock People up without food and palliatives.

Buhari should better listened to the Governors, any attempt to continue the lockdown will be met with a stiff resistance and anarchy.

Ban interstate travel, and ensure it works.
Ban large gathering and assemblies.
Lockdown of flights
Compulsory use of face mask and cover

End lockdown, hunger is killing people

Fellow Nigerians, Let's comply with ALL NCDC directives for our own good. Safety first, before any other thing.

Even with empty stomach?
Have you forgotten that a qualified Doctor will not give you an injection on empty stomach.

NCDC should agitate for supplies of foods, not just all these carbohydrates packages - rice, indomies, spaghetti etc. We need real food embedded with nutritional values.
And what are the directives done so far, cases keep increasing everyday. Abeg! Let people go out

Haba! This has nothing to do with Ramadan. The points have been well articulated by officials several times over. If you’ve been reading about cases that were publicized, you’ll understand that many now don’t know how and when they got infected. That’s community infection. Public transportation, markets, shopping malls, offices, hospitals, schools,Churches, Mosques, restaurants, hotels and clubs are places where many people can get infected at once. If we keep these places open when we have not tested a large number of people, we’ll be taking a huge risk. That’s what happened in Italy, Spain and US. In South Korea, it exploded when one infected person went to Church!

Honestly, I understand the hunger bit which is what I think we should address. Relaxing the lockdown now may not be in our best interests. We don’t have the facilities to cope with massive infection. Only when we survive can we reboot our economy.

People should help the less privileged as much as possible by providing food especially for them to stay at home. I’ve realized that toiletries are much needed too.

May God help us fight our battle against this unseen enemy. Amen
And what av the lockdown achieved so far? People are still going out, u lock people down without food, the cases keep increasing, and u are not testing people enough, lockdown is useless presently.
Health › Re: Why NCDC Doesn’t Want To Lift The Lockdown by Jack500: 8:40am On Apr 25, 2020
These people are mad, what has lockdown achieve, lockdown without food?

The point is the lockdown has not been effective because people are still going out, that's why cases keep increasing, u can't keep people at home without food, it is not possible.

The economy will continue to suffer, and the cases will keep increasing, double loss.

Seems you don't know the implication of what u just typed. When the infected pple are too many, the facilities will be overwhelmed thereby giving rise to more deaths.
So, people should be lockdown forever, what is the effect of d Lockdown sef, cases keep rising everyday, Oyo is not on lockdown just evening curfew and dia cases is not exponential like lagos .

With all USA lockdown, the death and cases keep getting high, lockdown can't work

Herds en activity in the east is very orderly and according to the stipulated law. The case in Enugu is an exception. In Anambra herds men know the rules and they carefully abide by it, Imo and Abia are no exceptions. Abakiliki has the same lifestyle like the herdsmen so they know their cards.

Meanwhile every village in the east has their own security apparatus so what is the need for your balless amatekun abi na wetin?

Face mask is no 100% gurantee against corona. Which lockdown in America? Did you not see them come out in their hundreds protesting against the lockdown and going against the social distancing directives? Americans can be crazy and carefree.

Lockdown is the solution but because people are not adhering its not working. When people start to see dead bodies in Nigeria they will VOLUNTARILY stay at home and fast and pray for 40days and 40 nights like Jesus did in order to get healing.
Oga! Lockdown is not the solution, if American can not observe lockdown u think Nigeria would? Even Ghana has lifted lockdown, lockdown is not practicable, anything not practicable can't be the solution.

And USA was on Lockdown until recently, when they can't bear it and the cases was not even decreasing.
Health › Re: Coronavirus Will Be With Us For A Long Time – World Health Organization (WHO) by Jack500: 2:04pm On Apr 23, 2020
That's the truth, even in China where the disease broke out since December, they are still living with it.

Indefinite Lockdown is not the solution, with all the lockdown in USA, what s the result, I am sure if Trump has not ordered lockdown, people would have said, the high death is because their is no lockdown.

Lockdown is not sustainable, let everyone use face mask and let their be mass testing
