Okay a great finale but silly cliffhanger and a rubbish time remnant portrayal. What would you rate the episode in a scale of 1--10?

But if the time remnant was portrayed badly wouldn't it make the finale very crappy as it was centered on that?
Jesus!

I missed this comment. Pls forgive me.

I would rate the episode 8/10. It was a great episode but the ending was a bit unreal.

You are not ready.
Of course!

I am not ready to debate an expert liar who cannot even honestly state his beliefs.

Once and for all....what are your beliefs?

Are you a christian, pagan, deists, or atheist/agnostic?

Make I bend if you answer am straight

Most of you guys don't really do serious thinking. Your intelligence on gay rights is similar to the intelligence behind implementing and applauding TSA in Nigeria. Okay I agree. Rights to extreme intake of alcohol is also needed.

Let me see if you are different. Is it morally right for a human being to harm himself solely because it's his self? Is it also morally right for human beings who believe in the propagation of human existence, that is, humanists, to support this person?

You can call your brothers in Atheism to help you defend the new faith.
You are a pig enjoying rolling in the mud. I will not let play with you and get dirty.

Just look at how you went off topic. a true fanatic can't ever be wrong and so, when proven wrong, the fanatic slings all kind of mud just to defend the faith.

Receive sense!

I see someone asking for back up. Bring all your squad I'm here. But wait! How can we be talking about humanism but mean secular humanism?
See this dummy. Google 'humanism'. At least 90% of your results will be about secular humanism.

Any other form of humanism is outdated.

Reyginus, if you don't support the following, you are not a humanist-

Gay rights
Freedom of and freedom from religion
Banning of blasphemy laws
Women's rights and equality
Christianity Etc › Re: The Non-Christian Chatbox ( sticky ) by JackBizzle: 1:06pm On Jun 21, 2016
Reyginus:
No. Humanists are simply those who propagate values necessary for healthy human existence. Any idea that promotes the existence of man is humanistic in nature. If in your theism you promote humanity you are a humanist and if in your atheism you abominate humanity you are inhuman.

My problem with most atheists is similar to the problem exhibited by most theists. Because both sides are scared of new revelations that would shatter their worldview they disdain them and tag them demonic and brainwashed thinking. That is, without even making a single attempt to understand it.

A guy opened a thread on the doctrine of UFO's. A revelation he got from the God who he asserts truly owns and created us all. The comments of a every atheist on that thread show that they suffer from same syndrome they accuse the Religionists. None asked how or why. These days Atheists treat Atheism as a faith.
See this bloody dunce.

I blame Johnnydon22 for this. grin

Nowadays, everyone wants to be like him (johnydon). They want to write ntelligent epistles like him.

Unfortunately, Reyginus lacks the intelligence but he wants to sound smart.

When we are talking about 'humanist" or humanism, we are talking about secular humanism.

Reyginus calls himself a humanist but has no understanding of the title.

Reyginus:
You seem like it's beyond you. You don't understand it. If you could see what I have in my head through telepathy you'd change your position. Atheism is not really for serious rational people.
Lol.....just say that you have a bias against atheism.

However, I wonder how you can claim to be a humanist and have an issue with atheism.

Humanists are either atheists, agnostics, deists, pagans and asian traditionalists- a set of people that don't have issues with arhiests
Christianity Etc › Re: The Non-Christian Chatbox ( sticky ) by JackBizzle: 12:24pm On Jun 19, 2016
Reyginus:
It's really serious. I'm learning to take pity on those who doesn't know what they are doing or saying. I used to laugh or get irritated but I realized I ought be better than that. When I see arguments like that I only take pity on the proponent.

You should do same. It's not really funny. I'm beginning to agree no one does wrong willingly. We don't really know what good and evil really means. If we do we'd strive to always do the better of the two. It's not funny.

I share the same pity for you Atheists too. For one to be sure none of these is true he must have absolute knowledge of everything in the heavens. Is there anyone or atheist with such knowledge? I doubt. JackBizzle, I love Christ like I love Socrates but I'm yet to lead the life.
Shut up.

I don't know why dblackninja is encouraging your folly.

God is everywhere. He exists all around us as the universe and is made even more obvious in the spiritual realm. When you die you can sort yourself out with him.
God is everywhere? Does that mean he is in my toilet? Does that mean that he was with Boko haram when they blew up christians in a church and did nothing?

you just contradicted yourselves with those two statements. you believe that God does not exist in your first statement yet you blame God for the problems in Africa in your second statement. for you to blame somebody for something you must have known the person very well and you know he exist. Are you really an atheist or just a wannabe?
You must feel really smart believing in an invisible man in the sky.

Suppose I bring a gun to your face. Would that man save you before I do some harm to you? No!

Keep believing in that invisible man.

You also forgot to add that God is also the cause of the crashed website for the N-power program and tomatoes scarcity. Funny you! I suggest you provide answers to the ops questions and let's us all begin a meaningful discussion right now, shall we?
Your God does not exist. Arguing evolution or the origins of the universe will not bring God into existence.

God has failed Africa. Impotent deity. Just look at the suffering and you will see that there is no god

Christianity Etc › Re: 5 Questions For Atheists by JackBizzle: 8:28pm On Jun 14, 2016
one question for the theist.

WHERE IS YOUR GOD?

OVER 40 YEARS NO CONSTANT ELECTRICITY IN NIGERIA
BOKO HARAM KILLING INNOCENT PEOPLE IN THE NORTH
NIGER-DELTA MILITANT BLOWING UP PIPELINES
KIDNAPPING AND RANSOM EVERYWHERE
POLICE BRUTALITY
ARMY BRUTALITY
EXPENSIVE FUEL AND DIESEL

IS GOD DEAD OR JUST NONEXISTENT? HE DOESN'T KNOW THAT HIS PEOPLE ARE SUFFERING?

I know atheists to be ineffably foolish and deluded but am not sure Christians are foolish . You can't be foolish with Christ . Atheists are so foolish folly is so embarrassed for them
You cant be foolish with christ?

The pastor that died trying to prove miracles by jumping in a lion's den is not foolish?

The pastor that died handling venomous snakes as miracles is not foolish?

The congregation that ate grass for their pastor are not foolish?

The parents who accept that their children are witches because of pastors are not foolish?

The christian cult members that committed mass suicide to reach heaven are not foolish?

The christians that sold everything in the 80s and 90s for rapture are not foolish?

Guy, you too are foolish for not recognizing the foolishness of these foolish christians.

Lololol. But I've never done so here na. My oy grouse with these guys is saying their Orisha, Iseele or whatever they want to call it is not a Religion? Do you agree with that nonsense considering what Religion really means?
humanism can be a religion if you use a loose definiition.

it depends on your definition
Christianity Etc › Re: The Non-Christian Chatbox ( sticky ) by JackBizzle: 5:07am On Jun 11, 2016
Reyginus:
Ignorance is really a problem. Worse when the possessor knows not. Let me reduce it for you guys because I think you want to jump the argument with your dogma and belief misunderstanding.

If a thing is divine and also a belief is this faith in the thing not Religious? That is, where Religion is defined in the context of the Wikipedia pattern I provided you or when you follow macofs definition.

I know the next move. No attempt would be made to answer rather he'd tell me how Orisha is another thing after admitting he's both divine and a belief. Go ahead and waiting for your new explanation cut off from these primary subjects.
Guy, sharaap.

You failed from the moment you started comparing christianity and African traditional religions.

You need to graduate from looking at things from only a christian perspective

Soryy. You still dont have any historical facts,
"The first human " is not the name of anybody. You are still quoting vague stuff. You will never win any debate that way.
Moreover, where in Christianity is war and execution permitted? As you have stated.
If you have the audacity to quote such false stuff in a forum as this, it shows your level of study and sorry to say, we are not on the same level.
grin

How many wars did the isrealites in the bible engage in with God's support? Have you heard of the just war theory?

I seriously hate discussing with people like you. So damn ignorant and not ready to accept new facts. What I said about Jainism and Hinduism are true but you brushed it aside and said that I'm quoting vague stuff.

You clearly know nothing and have nothing to say. Goodbye.

It is people like you that lack morals and empathy. If you really need a holy book to be good, then you are a psychopath. We humans are already born with the ability to show compassion. Do you need a holy book to know that you shouldn't kill your neighbour?

Hahaha, obviously I cant argue with you, because obviously you are not even as half as read as I am (sorry to sound boasting)

Please can you tell us with date and evidence in history where compassion first appears?
And who came first, whether budha that you are clinging to or abraham in history?

Because people like you just keep ranting without facts. And if you cant state facts with time and date, dont bother to reply. Thats the only way debates are done in educated settings. And please tell me if you know any other religion that does not practice an eye for eye other than christianity?
Compassion is as old as the first human being.

Christianity was not the first religion to have the golden rule.

Do unto others* appears in Hinduism long before christianity or Judaism.

Or take Jainism for instance, they are 100% against violence. You can not see a terrorist jainist.
But in christianity, Judaism and Islam, war or executions can be justified.

I think you need to broaden your horizon.

You're myopic.

You need to realize that most of the world's religions proliferated through slavery, Christianity inclusive.

@hahn, yes the world is better for it. If blacks weren't taken as slaves and Africa was never colonized, you would still be running about naked, looking for berries and worshipping stones.
Blacks were not made for Dominion. They were made to be subjugation, be it by religion or force. And they are better for it.

Does nairaland change people's words? Because i didn't intend on typing unclad. I meant buck nekkid.
The irony!

Colonisation has made you silly.

Colonisation does not develop while forcing culture on the colonised. Trade, on the other hand, develops and spreads culture.

Without colonisation, Africa as a whole woUld still have developed.

Also, our ancestors were not butt nakkid. Stop accepting white man's lies

How do you explain African prints? Those who use animal skins to cover?

Yes some tribes were nakkid but many were not
