But this one jew was narrating to his fellow inmates how the nazi officer told him to pick only one out of his 2 sons.They both started crying out to their daddy and he was soo broken and couldnt choose.He wondered whether to pick the youngest, the weakest or the eldest.

I saw this movie too. It's sad but cruelty like this still happens today. I think op is just trying to make us face some kind of dark reality, but this isn't romantic at all *coughs*

Hmm this looks like the scenario in the movie Sophie's Choice. One nazi officer told her to choose between her son or daughter to be sent off to die in the crematorium. She chose her much younger daughter to die  . They still took her son away from her and she never knew what happened to him. The grief consumed her til her suicide many years later. . .

Tell him oh! There's nothing wrong with valuing one's education and career. It means they have ambition and goals in life which is a good thing to pass on to your children. It doesn't mean one will ignore responsibilities as a spouse either. Women are great multitaskers

The girls said they did not post their pictures because they did not want to disclose their identity, and I said you can always post pictures in which your face has been blurred or post regular pictures that show your body, not your face.

I guess the majority of girls know themselves that their body is too kwashiokor, so they have refused to post pics. I even said that they can find pics of other Naija girls online and post it. But majority of those girls have kwashiokor bodies, too. No one has thus far proved me wrong.

I was saddened when I read that Mercy Johnson is one of the sexiest girls and Omotola are among the sexiest girls in Nollywood. If you do the math and extrapolate the sexiness of the average Naija girl, it is not looking good. In Yankee, Omotola or Mercy Johnson don't even look as good as a regular girl in the projects.

I'm not falling for that. Even a faceless pic will forever be linked to an NL members user name. It is not worth the shame/harrassment to post them. You can keep expressing your negative opinions about naija women as other men have done and will continue to do. Would you ask your mama or sister to post pics of their bodies to prove something? I don't think so. Not all women are the same and we shouldn't have to prove otherwise.

No one is perfect. You say she's your dream girl so then what are you afraid of? It is up to you to decide to accept her for who she is and not what's in her past. Would you prefer she keeps secrets from you and pretends to be something she's not? You should be glad she's confiding in you.

Let me try to understand this. You don't love her but stayed with her for 6 years, even beat her brutally 2 times. You had the nerve to propose but now lost the nerve to end the engagement. Forget trying to get some innocent NL stranger involved in this. Be a man ffs! Do the right thing and tell this woman the truth. The longer you wait, the harder it'll become and before you know it, your wedding day will arrive. She won't take it lightly but she deserves to know the truth. It will spare both of you more pain and suffering in the future. What would this new woman think of you if she found out your secret?
