yobo one:

Good morning all,
Pls am crazy for one little girl(18 yrs), I am 27 and a every faithful guy. I met this girl in  december peiod 2010 and we became ordinary friends but now lovers. I love her so much and she does(I wish u will understand).
Pls my quetion is this expecially to ladies "is it possible for me to disflower this girl since she is a virgin and she will have me in mind forever? As in, is it a criteria that a woman considers a guy that disflowered her? Pls I want to marry this girl and I am not settled yet(financially).
Pls ladies, advise me on what to do to keep her forever cos I really love her(do I need to disflower her?). Thanks for helping me out of this.

It sounds like you need to get your priorities in order. What will the girl's family think of you coming to NL to ask this question? She is only 18. Atleast give her time to mature into womanhood properly. This isn't romantic at all.

GET SWTOR NOW! It's awesome!! Sets the bar mehn. I don't think i can ever settle for anything less from MMOs after playing this, fully voiced conversations et al (bioware style).

That aside, I dig your taste in games. (Pretty rare in a naija girl)
We should talk if you're on yim or msn? holla back and I'll add you.   kiss

Thank you! Well I was raised around 3 brothers and I'm the only daughter so gaming is a result of that lol. I've been gaming since age 8 and will probably do so til the day I die lol.

Empire or Stormcloak?  smiley

I went with empire only because you get better armor in the beginning lol, that may soon change as I get further into the game smiley

Grizz:

I started playing Skyrim 2 hours ago and i've gotten killed by a troll 3 times and stampeded by mammoths once. I still don't get why they put enemies you're not supposed to fight in earlier levels. Its final fantasy 12 all over again. And just like FF12 it has an insane world, a world you just want to lose yourself in and forget about the main quest. . .something about storm warriors wearing red cloaks or something. . .

I use my companion or the towns people to help me kill those mammoth things lol. E no easy!

who tell you say most of them don marry?. . . . they are coming down to look for nice looking naija guy to marry . . . .

I knew of a naija lady in chicago that have 4 child for differnt men and she's on Nairaland looking for a naija to marry afta loosing to those akata Boyz.

For me to marry naija wey dey yankee na Capital No. bcus i don;t want too be taking kids to school while she will be at home making up her oiliness face. i don't

and also i don't want someone that will be threating me with 911 if i don't do what she want.

And this is the number 1 problem about the manner of threads on NL. Because 1 woman did this, that means all women will do the same. I dey tire. I give up lol.

I agree with the last paragraph. most of them no there self here but i don't want to mention name, you hardly find them in ojther section of nairaland. when most of

them have castigated their TOTO for those NIGga Nigga Boyz they are now looking for true naija men to love them. well shaa time will tell.

Women like romance. Nah crime to visit romance section?  This is my fave section on NL and most entertaining to read. I'm sure that alot of the women who come here are in relationships and married, including myself. I hardly see threads from women looking for guys in here

Fickle:

As a mother of 2, I am really dissappointed at the comments ladies here are making. I have shifted away from confrontation but I think the ladies here need to be flogged in the head. Is every story that a man puts up here enough to jump at their defense all the time. As cuddles stated, goldie also agreed what happened to solidarity amongnst women. It is this same attitude that is shown in our daily lives that why women are constantly rendered useless in the society. If all ladies agree that majority of women depend on men for money then it means majority of nairaland ladies are gold diggers no wonder most of you are always online all the time, this is where you make your living off innocent & spotless men with no sin. Which thread has been created to address men and their love for the female reproductive organ or all the heart breaks they have caused. Most ladies are under the shackles of men, I pity you all better wake up and smell the coffee. Fine these things happen but why can't the men take their time to associate with responsible girls or wife material. You can keep blaming ladies because you over stepped your boundaries with high profile ladies.

All of the ladies chanting, I am married. Just pray your uterance does not affect your future, when men see that ladies are testifying that naija ladies are like that, they would flee from you all rendering all of you single for life. Keep scaring your gender. Men have nothing to loose with all their wickerdness. Ladies and their stupidity, God help us all.

As for that precious egg that said naija babes that stay abroad are more decent or have better orientation, you are a big dunce. Most of you can't even wash your stinking pants as washing machine & coins has spoilt your lives. Some of you can't cook, don't have respect for elders and move around like bolos. I had to train my niece how to cook because we want her married out, she could not even boil water. So shut up, decency has nothing to do with location but your own self. keep jonzing. keep washing your dirty gutter to foreigners that read Nland and get a wrong impression about the ladies, making the men look like saints. omo ti o ba gbo oro ni ile, wa ko ni ta. Awon omo ti wan fe jasi, ki ni awon omode yi mo. jeje laye

Preach on! Everything was good except the bolded. Most of us, like you probably, only come here for entertainment cause NL is funny as hell grin

coogar:

majority are!
they grew up watching their dads giving their mums cash to fix the necessaries in the house.

mind, i did not say all nigerian women act this way. the truth is, the topic is a polarizing one.
even if 10% of the nigerian women are this way, it still represents about 7 million in sheer numbers. people would still generalize based on what 7 million women do - forgetting there are about 63 million women who are not like that.

Let them generalize then like they always do on NL. It's just hypocritical that some of these same guys that come on here to complain about our girls will continue to spend money on them in real life. Atleast there are still women with sense and values that won't fall for some sleazy guy throwing money at them.

coogar:

if the girls don't demand it, i doubt rich aristos and married men would be throwing money at what they can get for free!

Why wouldn't they demand it if they weren't first used to expecting money thrown at them because of their previous guys? Are you trying to say naija girls are brought up to always demand money or what? How about you men stop spoiling these young women with money?
Romance / Re: Nigerian Girls… And The Problem With Nairaland by Jackieugo(f): 8:44pm On Sep 28, 2011
I completely agree with you OP and I'm glad that you didn't generalize all naija girls. However, I believe some men are just as responsible for creating the current situation that's going on. You've probably seen many threads on here already looking down at independent women and saying we're not "wifey material" just because we choose to be successful. Or threads about rich aristos & married men throwing money at gals all the time, spoiling them completely. . . you get the point  undecided
Romance / Re: What Is Behind Late Marriages For Ladies ? by Jackieugo(f): 6:28pm On Sep 23, 2011

5. intimidating the man with good job, money etc

Is it now a crime or sin to want to be a successful woman? Why should a wife choose to not be successful and fulfill her dreams just to satisfy her husband's ego? Wouldn't it be a blessing if both spouses were successful? Why should it matter who makes more money than the other?

iv4real:

What is it with some guys in nairaland, always bringing up threads to bash Nigerian women. NOT EVERYBODY IS SUPPOSED TO GET MARRIED AT A YOUNG AGE. WHICH OTHER SOCIETY HAVE YOU SEEN ALL THE WOMEN GETTING MARRIED BEFORE 30. GETTING MARRIED EARLY DOES NOT GAURANTEE A SUCCESFUL MARRIAGE.

I agree!
Family / Re: A Lazy Husband by Jackieugo(f): 6:20pm On Sep 23, 2011
Reminds me of a saying my mom used to tell me and my brothers. "Idle hands make for the devil's work." Relay the message to him. You are his wife. All he needs is more encouragement and emotional support. Talk to his family about it. They'll surely talk some sense into him. Don't give up on him just yet if you truly love this guy.
