You wanna sue the hospital for hearing test which was administered to the child? ......

Or that they performed a test which you explicitly requested not to be done?...

I don't get it

The 2nd is more like it. U were given some docs to sign when you were in duress, Then after the cs you start running some tests without verbal consent...So my own now is, is that wise on the part of the hospital and/or were they just trying to play a smart one to get more money off their patient. Except you saying hearing test is mandatory in Texas?

House O! Something pass my power and need advice. My in law that gave birth at oakbend richmomd just called now. She was in excruciating and terrible pain on Monday and went to the hospital thinking it was labour but it was false. They did a scan to see the baby's neck was tired with the cord....in the pain, they brought a bunch of papers saying she needed to sign b4 the cs will be done. The story now is, they brought her baby back after a few hours today congratulating her that the baby passed his hearing test which unknown to her was part of what was given to her to sign. Eventhough she has called for everything she signed before they will perform every test on the baby. What options does she have? Call a lawyer and sue? I think she was misled by oakbend

This is incorrect.... You can stay for the duration the CBP officer stamps you in for regardless of the expiry date on the visa. The visa must not have expired when presenting it for entry though.

(ok. ..we learn everything here)

In other news; for those on the search for PTA, it seems like it's going to get better.. (according to the punch sha)

My in law that was delayed at IAH for 10 hours in Oct gave birth a few hours ago at oakbend. ..She complained of serz pain yesterday and went to the docs not knowing it was false labour cause she was 40 weeks on the 5th of Dec, dey examined her only to find the baby's heart beat very low and had to do a cs immediately. ...Apparently, the baby's neck was wrapped around the cord...We thank God for both of them....she sent the pic but a lot of ppl may not be able to view it.

In the struggle for PTA, Union Bank has been directed by CBN to stop selling dollar today. In their only branch that sells in Abuja, one Narialander was lucky to buy 8k according to my DW who rushed to buy but couldnt get. The 8k Mummy did ask my wife if she was from NL but trust my frustrated wife response. Anyways, now its black market where they selling 235 for PTA and they wont have until wednesday.

I will start eating pounded yam constantly.... Since it's one of the myth associated with multiple pregnancy. Lemme do before dey close America gate... Cos if Donald trump wins en....

Hmmm
Donald might not know the difference. no be triplets? e go come.
"Women who eat a lot of dairy in their diets also have a greater chance of conceiving twins or triplets as well. There have also been studies done that show that women who take a folic acid supplement are more likely to conceive multiples as well.

In some countries, women who eat a diet that includes a lot of yams are more likely to conceive multiples, so this indicates that perhaps yams might overstimulate the ovaries" ( internet search) in the 3rd missionary journey, my wife will take it slow eating yam....

Good morning all. Please are there usually cheap flght tickets during festive period, or are they likely going to b more expensive due to the large number of pple that will be travelling around Xmas? Need to get this ticket tin sorted before person begin spend the money small small. Lolz.

Its both ways. if an airline see that a particular flight is getting over booked, Their software will increase the fare, if its under booked, it will reduce the fare so more ppl can buy, thats why when u check a site say at night, and in the morning, sometimes there is a slight change. But some airlines during festive period just increases knowing that ppeopl will buy.I have on 2 occasions bought a really cheap ticket 2 days before my travel and the said flight wasnt full at all ( But you dont attempt it) use ....www.google.com/flights/ and http://www.skyscanner.net/ to compare flights and fares then go to the airline website directly and buy

No matter how long they hold one back for

If you've done the right thing by

1. Telling the truth at the embassy or at least informing them about your change of plans

2. Holding enough cash

3. Having the right correspondence

They can NEVER turn you back

True talk. I just like avoiding stories that touch that's all. Especially if ppl here tell me stories about a particular POE. A mom on that trip was turned back whIle her own mother was allowed to enter the US. Why, my in law didn't wait to find out. So I think ppl here thag are fortunate enough to know this blog, should ask before entering one chance POE

Wow that is so not cool!! I've not travelled myself o but will soon travel and I pray that "Angel Gabriel " will be waiting for me at POE lol!! My friend got into Maryland some days back n had a horrible experience after paying her docs fees n had cash on her !!! These guys don't want us to flourish but Oluwa is involved!! Good luck to all of us

Yes o...Amen. I did a search of POE with tight security and IAH is highly ranked. Meaning it's a 50/50. Though it's just ppls opinion, that's y I was asking about ATL for my wife next month for her 2nd missionary to Florida and other Moms' here seem to think it's good. So I will advice you know ur POE before buying ur ticket.

Her coins
Burden of proof ( docs correspondent n hospital quote )
Budget sheet
Accomodation details
Her letter / response from embassy if she didn't get her visa while preggy
PRAYERS! PRAYERS!!

The last line seems to be the greatest. My in law in Richmomd now used IAH in October, landed about 4pm and she and other moms" from Africa were kept waiting for 6 whole hours without being attended to. Even when she requested for water the ladies were very rude. She tried forming labor, dey didn't even call a doctor only saying they weren't the ones that impregnated her. But at the end of the night, she left the airport after 10 hours and her part luck was she got a man to do the interview. So I guess she just has to be bold and not show fear be firm and if she can, try and get a man to do the interview. Am confident your unborn will bring you luck. And your wifes' won't be like this.

Please channel this energy into something productive.

Have you tried washing and ironing ..someone suggested that. I doubt you will get any money on this board. We are hustlers looking for d cheapest, most affordable to barest minimum means of birthing our babies aboard. Some pple here been saving for ages for this project. They all worked hard. Try somewhere else.

I said it since morning. Can he explan to us how much he has spent on the Internet browsing and begging today abi data is now free kwa. Let him not worry. By 2016, they will start the 5000 a month programme promised by Mr. President. Just make sure u apply.
