Hausas, Yorûbas and other trîbès have been topping JAMB, WAEC and NECO from ages ago, we didn't hear noise, it was not used as a yardstick for literacy, the moment an lgb0 got it, it became a yardstick for literacy.
Different schools go for competition and win, they went with students from other ethnic groups and won.
