Lagos quit being capital in 1991, Tinubu became governor in 1999.
Grew d IGR of Lagos, made Lagos more economically viable and stable, expand Lagos to what it is today.
If Lagos had bàd leadership under Tinubu, it won't be grówing like it is now.

Don't mind those timid people. I grew up in Aba Abia State with many Yorubas from primary school up to university level and non of them were molested or feel uncomfortable in anyway rather they all feel at home. Nobody reminded them that they are non-indigenes or referred them as immigrate the way Yoruba refer to non-Yoruba in Lagos. I remember one Bimbe that ran away from her family house to stay with her boyfriend who is my friend because her parents wanted to bring her back to Yorubaland. It is those unexposed ones that never travel out of their enclave that think Nigeria start and end in Lagos.
