How can someone claim to be a citizen of another country in less than 10 years?? Citizen o... Citizenship na yam or beans? ILR is what matters, they can shift citizenship to 20 years if they wish. It'll reduce this anti-immigration hullabaloo.
Guy you're missing it up big time, first are you here legal or illegal, are you not contributing to the system, not everyone came in with care visa guy, do you know how much immigration subcharge cost per year now and multiple it to the numbers of years to qualify for ilr. And you are still going to pay for ilr fees which keep increasing, you are talking as if to get ilr and British pali na free. If anyone get ilr and fill like getting British pali let them have it, guy don't campaign against getting British pali in less than 10years moreover will are not the one that make the law in the first.

In my opinion, instead of even welcoming thoughts of increasing increasing ILR eligibility from five years, I'll say the UK can take away "benefits" from ILR and retain them for citizens. The average legal immigrant is not interested in benefits, most need the ILR just to get away from the shackles of CoS. Immigrants are ready to work hard, pay taxes, contribute to the society, while also saving up for their future. Citizenship eligibility can be increased to 20 years, that shouldn't be a problem. I don't think the average legal immigrant cares so much about citizenship.
For real, they play. Just talk about yourself

Hi Everyone,

I need advise from gurus and well experienced people please.

I currently work in a local NHS with an annual income of £29907 before tax, due to increase to £33000 before tax in few months. I currently do not spend a penny on transportation with free staff bus available to and fro work and i enjoy as much flexibility as i wish to have with a daily commute of about 30 mins to and fro. I save quite a good amount monthly and spend even more less on feeding and housing cost about £700-£800 monthly.

I recently got a job offer in central London with a salary of £42000 before tax (a more senior but similar role as my current). By my rough calculation transportation monthly will cost me roughly £607.42 monthly excluding feeling and other misllc and daily commute of about 3hrs to and fro

Now i am confused if i should take the offer or not. Saying Local or commuting to the city.
Look at the pro and con of the new job compare to the local NHS Job, if the new job have no advantage over the old one, mate stick with the old one. LONDON cost of living no be ur mate oooo. If not for my job that still hold me in London, i for don move to outside London since

Morning all, could someone please suggest a cure for eczema and itchy skin for a 3-year-old girl based on past experience, please?

She's had eczema since she was 1 year old, initially appearing only on both knees. We've been using Aveeno cream since then, but it got worse this year when it started appearing all over her body. We took her to the GP, and she prescribed a steroid. It clears it away temporarily, but it comes back even more after withdrawing the steroids.

She keeps waking up during the night due to itching and can sometimes take 1 to 2 hours before she falls back asleep. As a result of the scratching, we also can't sleep until she sleeps.

She's not always in a good mood during the day as she spends lots of time scratching all over her body.

She's been sent back home a couple of times from nursery due to that.

List of stuff we've used: Aveeno, Zerobase, Hydromol, Epimax, Dermol lotion for bathing, steroid cream, Piriton for itching (this makes her too sleepy).
Try get nixoderm niger own ooo

God bless Air Peace. Imagine if His Excellency Peter G. Obi was sworn in on May 29, 2023? By now it won't be only Air Peace ruling the skies, Innoson (Nigeria) motors would have been the government official car, modular refineries would have been licensed, National refineries would have been on the way... Most likely some of us here would have stayed back in Nigeria. But it is what it is... We'll eventually get there.

Also, i don't think this is true in all honesty... it will always be relative

Good day house, I just need encouragement from you all. I entered UK early this month and I've been job hunting, mehn it hasn't been easy at all. I apply not less that 20 jobs daily and I keep getting the unfortunately mail. I live around Manchester. Just want my senior men to encourage me cos sometimes when I see the mail, it kills my moral but regardless I'll keep applying, hoping this phase will pass soon.

HELLO HOUSE.

I just passed my driving theory test (45/50; 56/74) and when I tried to book for the practical test, the earliest date I got was 17/02/2024.
My international driver's license will expire on the last day of January 2024.

My questions:
1. Should I go ahead and book? Can I get to see an earlier date later after booking and can I get to change the date to an earlier date if seen?

2. Can I go ahead and book before I get an instructor? Or should I get an instructor first before booking.

NB. I have been driving in Nigeria for 10 years. And 4 months in the UK.

PLEASE ADVISE.

THANKS IN ANTICIPATION
Please which material you use to prepare for the theory?

That is exactly what many of you here are doing. dupyshoo is right.

The same Nigerians intentionally committing crime by paying for COS are the same people who will run to TV stations to cry when the heat is on.
Nobody is saying is wrong but if u're in Nigeria now u will go extra miles to get COS, Nigeria of today is different to Nigeria u know before coming to UK

My Nigeria passport has expired since and I am not in a hurry to renew, so I did not and will not pay for fast processing.

I am trying my best in my own little way to encourage people not to pay for COS.
Nobody encourage people paying for COS, everyone knew isn't legal but i can bet it with u if u're in naija right now and u fill the heat people are going 2ru now, my brother u will pay for COS
