Yoruba will not allow Igbo or Hausa or Fulani to smell power in 2023 from 2023 anyone of these tribes who want power so he can opress and Marginalise and underdeveloped the West, Close the West boarders and open the Northern boarders take over our sea ports and local economy must be joking and playing with death from 2023. The days of Taking IGR from Lagos to Abuja, Kano, Sokoto, Abia, Imo is over from 2023. Since you guys are merchant of tribalism and wickedness in this Nigeria, Yoruba will teach you all bitter lessons in politics
gentiles:

Free education has really ruined the emotion and psyche of this generation of yoruba. This generation of Omoluabi are the dumbest and most docile ever. From the utterances of most Yorubas like you, the soon to be Yoruba nation is already doomed with mediocrity and stupidity.

Yes I know what I'm talking about Yoruba is the single largest ethnic group in Nigeria, Hausa/Fulani/Igbo/Ijaw are learners. None of them can stand Alone and face Yoruba, To battle Yoruba all of them must combine to be one to stand a chance and usually still fail.

Hausa+Fulani+Igbo+Ijaw must combine to defeat one tribe Yoruba in democratic election

A Hausa man not defeat Yoruba in democratic election coz Yoruba has more population.

A Fulani man can not defeat a Yoruba in democratic election coz Yoruba have more population.

An Igbo man can not defeat Yoruba in democratic election coz Yoruba have more population.

An Ijaw can not defeat Yoruba in democratic election coz Yoruba have more population.

Yoruba had the highest population in British Nigeria. The records are there, with the division and tribalism brought towards the country I'm afraid Yoruba Nationalism will rise from 2023 and beyond.

obynzo:

Do you really know what you are talking about? Yoruba have voting population compared to the north? Oga stop living in La La land. Also note if APC fields a South west Candidate and PDP field one from the North it is game over because through this the north has succeeded in putting themselces for life in power. All they simply need to do is play on the greed of the South west to cause a split in the south and you guys are foolishly playing into it.
Politics / Re: APC Zones Presidency To South West, VP To North East - Tribune by Jagunlabiodua: 11:54am On Mar 06, 2022
Tambuwal and Kwankwaso together can not wrestle power from the West in 2023 the reality is the West have taken over Nigeria politically from 1993 with MKO Victory in the North and consolidated the grip by OBJ from 1999-2007. Buhari the Northern Maverick contested 3 times against Western backed and Western candidate and Failed. His two Victories from 2015-2023 is only possible because the West Backed him the Northern Maverick, Tambuwal and Kwankwaso do not have Buharis popularity and 12m followers.

The West don't care if you field Emir of Kano or Sokoto in Presidential election because Yorubas have the Population, Economy, Traditional institutions to rival any group or combine groups in Nigeria especially the Hausa and the Igbo. Yoruba are watching these two very carefully and won't allow any of them smell power in 2023.

vRendoh:

You re right...Tambuwa or Kwankwaso will do. And south east and south south ll go for that. Very unfortunate

This list is a disgrace to Nigeria. The best player in Belgium and Top goal scorer Paul Onachu is on Standby a regular scorer for super eagles. Awoniyi a Union Belin striker is on Standby while the Likes of Sadiq Umar a division 2 player is called up. Onachu must be replaced with Umar Sadiq in attack or Equavon eagles will fail just as they failed when they introduced Umar Sadiq in AFCON, he weakened the team play, pressing, dynamics and cohesion

Yoruba Nation supports only a Yoruba for president no Igbo or Hausa will rule over Yoruba in 20203 and beyond this baba should know that he is joking and the presidency come 2023 belongs to the West. 2011-2015 was the time the Eastern Nigeria ruled. Power must be in the West or Nigeria breaks to pieces.

This man is going nowhere in 2023, You can't win the East Or West, Niger Delta or Middle Belt. You can't win Kano or Kastina or Kaduna. Definably you can never Win Lagos, Oyo, Delta or Rivers. You can't rule as simple as that.

Stop posting photo shopped images to slander the image and person of Tinubu. I want you to know Tinubu is the best option fo Igbo. No Nigerian has helped and supported igbo than Tinubu. Listen Tinubu is not among those that looted Nigeria. Tinubu is from a wealthy family in Lagos and an industrialist. He has never held any Federal appointment or position in Nigeria. Tinubu is going to transform Nigeria no other candidate can attempt what Tinubu would accomplish as president. He is not your enemy leave frivolities aside and support Tinubu for the betterment of the future generations.

The bible had put it clearly that affliction shall never rise again. Tinubu is a bigger affliction than the dullarrd. So his aspiration and ambition shall come to nothing.

Those trying to push this thing on us, should rather be concerned about Tinubu health, because I don't know what could make an ancestor urinate and defecate in public without being conscious of it..so shameful.

Igbo will and can never rule over Yorubas it will never happen. The only thing Igbo want to use power for is to opress the Yorubas, take Lagos, install their governor, wishful dreams, The Edo's are part of those sabotaging Yorubas in Nigeria. They are trival and not strategic but I feel Buhari has opened everyone's eyes now. The Benin guy contesting history with me is a school pupil. Simple question he can't answer do they speak Yoruba or Edo in Benin republic. Benin does not start and end in Edo state.
Deadlytruth:

I have been emphasizing that if, by design or by accident, an Igbo man succeeds Buhari, that is when some of these shortsighted and shallow thinking Yorubas you described above will understand that Igbos don't really hate Hausafulanis as they currently pretend to, and the Igbo president will never use state power to fight Hausafulanis despite all their present cries and allegations of misgovernance and marginalization against Fulanis. Rather it is Yorubas they will use that state power to fight and pull down to total irrelevance. If Zik could use the little power he had as Ceremonial head of government to instigate Ahmadu Bello to so pummel Yorubas to the extent of not minding seeing Awolowo rot away in jail, then one can only imagine how terrible it will be fior Yorubas if an Igbo man gets hold of raw executive state power. The problem actually is that most of these indomie generation Yoruba youths know nothing about pre-independence and First Republic political history. Same with our Edo youths of age 35 down. The latter are even worse as they don't read at all but see everything in Nigerian politics from the narrow tube of the Jonathan's self inflicted 2015 defeat.

The East and North right from Independence are always scheming to milk the West and reverse its development. The North and the East must sit up and start generating revenue or else they should forget about ruling Nigeria forever.

Your education is a waste so you thought history started from the Europeans and Egyptian. You definitely know nothing about how the present world came to be. You think 5000 yrs ago Egyptians and Chinese were existing then the Black man Yoruba were not. Your education brainwashed you. Benin is a colony of the Yorubas hope you don't mistake Benin Edo state for Benin empire it would be like comparing Benin republic to Benin Edo state now ask yourself what's the relationship between Benin republic and Edo state, do you speak Benin in Benin republic? Or Yoruba? The Word Benin is a Yoruba word, Oba is a Yoruba word, Benin Oba is a Yoruba Oba this is even recognized by the British during Independence .
Also Yoruba had their own written language before the Europeans came, there is a lot of history predating the Europeans there was a time the Africans ruled as kings of Europe for over 700yrs. You only know European history, Europe only got ahead of Africans after discovering the Steam Engine and physics which is recent 300-400yrs ago
Ghostwon6512:

1)You clearly don't see the difference between having a past and having history.
2) everything on this world and beyond has a past ! But not everything has a history !
3) again, history is about eyewitness written records, which yoruba don't have (except slavery in Brazil) ! But Benin does have that of an empire.
4) so you believe, yoruba had a written language of their own ? Your stupidity is beyond what I thought.
5) why do you just keep making assumptions ? The maps which I posted have nothing to do with slavery and your claim is totally irrelevant to the discussion anyways.
6) you just keep making bigger and bigger claims backed by nothing but your mouth, now the 5000 years claim...is this just ignorance, stupidity, delusion or just compulsive lying ? I really wonder:

Egypt has the longest history in the world (around 5000 years), europe's history is around 2000 years, Chinese history is around 3000 years, but I guess yoruba somehow have a tie with Egypt...funny how the rest of the world missed this and only yoruba know about it. Yoruba delusions of grandeur are just amazing.

Those were slave trade route and who told you Yorubas were thought how to read and write by the Europeans? Are you deluded or what? So it was Europeans that thought Yorubas bronze and iron casting? Ok history started from 1800? You lack native history, Yoruba had been existing and had their own civilization before Europeans came here indace when Europeans came to Yorubaland they were shocked by the knowledge and development of the Yorubas and this over 5000yrs ago. Go to IFE, go and study at Obafemi Awolowo university and learn history

I'm telling you about Yoruba Africa history you are showing an old European world map. Do you think the current world map is accurate? You were colonize and created on those maps. The days I speak there were no maps or ink or paper. The days of the gods there were no Europeans or slave trading. Note this are histories of 4000_3000yrs. Benin itself is a Yoruba word. It was corrupted by Portuguese. Anyway no one is claiming you just telling you history at our disposal. There is nothing desirable about Benin to want to be associated with or claim is it cultism, prostitution and other vices are what Benin are known for, what Yoruba just keep telling you people is always watch your backs when fighting the Yorubas so you don't destroy yourselves because your Geography in Nigeria defines you as Yoruba Territory. If Nigeria is to be Hausa Igbo and Yoruba.

2) Benin was an empire and its capital is called Benin city

3) oyo was never an empire, oyo was a small and weak kingdom which got soundly defeated by the fulani.

4) there is no historical relationship between Benin and Ife

5) most of the people who call themselves yoruba today are not actual yoruba, they are either Brazilian slaves, or dahomians, or jebu or oyos (true yoruba) or .... All these groups are unrelated.

That is a big Fat lie Yoruba does not argue about Hausa history or Igbo history or Ijaw history but we argue about you Benins because you are a sub group of Yoruba, you are not separated by ocean or sea with the Yorubas, infact it will take 10minutes to walk from Yorubaland to Benin. in the Benin republic they are speaking Yoruba with Yoruba OBAs, then one Benin kingdom who speaks polluted dialect of yorubadoid language thinks the whole world came from Benin kingdom when his Oba is from Ife.

Let me advice you don't give yourself high BP over Yoruba claim over Benin, the history of Ile-ibinu is in the palace of ile-ife go there you will see 2-3000 yrs history of relationship between Yoruba and Benin. A royal rivalry caused the narrative war between the OBAs because it's a matter of Ego who is superior and who is junior.

During the Civil War it was Yoruba soldiers who took Western Nigeria and destroyed Biafra at Ore, Benin, Warri, Asaba ore which the Boarder of Mid West and West. The Mid-west was captured the people subdued, women, men, girls ran and rushed to the West Yorubaland this is war remember war crimes against deluded Benins were comitted and Biafra soldiers had no mercy. You couldn't run to North or East. The North couldn't have saved you it was the Neighbors Yorubas that mobilize forces and entered Mid-west now Biafra and restored the fallen And captured Benins. If you were in Western Nigeria Biafra would never have captured you just as they couldn't capture the West.

You are the people the North used to dominate Nigeria. Nigeria had 3 regions North Western and Eastern but it was only the West a referendum was held to Divide and Weaken it to stop it's accelerated progress, it was developing faster than France. The politics and betrayals, envy, jealousy of by Benins of Yorubas led to the creation of Mid-west and the Premier Jailed. Unfortunately the North took over the Mid-west oil and under developed it. Why did the minorities of the North not Divide? from Hausa Fulani? Why did the Minorities in the East not divide people like Ijaws and calabars? Today you deny you are not part of the West and you were never part of the East or North. Yorubas know your ancient history that's why Awolowo gave consent for the creation, You are a sub group of Yoruba outcast in history. Yoruba used Mystic power to colonize Benin up until today no body in Benin can mess with the Oba who the whole world know is a Yorubaman from ife. Even he himself admits to this that he is from ife.
Ghostwon6512:
Also, to the deluded yoruba whom I quoted.
We left the Midwest because you people are crazy, just like you are today. You just keep trying to yorubanize everybody, and you extremely bigotted. You have no culture and worshipped the whites. It was not funny being in the same region with you, also the British favoured you because you were their boyboy.

And one last thing: it was the Oba of Benin who led the people of the Midwest out of the western region, he couldn't stand you people's madness anymore.

Now stop claiming us up and down ! And go back to Brazil if you can.
Politics / Re: 2023: Igbo Presidential Aspirants Vow Not To Step Down by Jagunlabiodua: 10:31pm On Feb 21, 2022
During the civil war it was Yorubas soldiers that came to rescue you Benin from Biafra forces. Note you Benins were used by the North against Western Nigeria region. You broke away from Awolowo to align with Zik and Amadu bello. A Northern referendum was done and a Mid-west region formed and Awolowo jailed for treason. But during the war you were consumed by Biafra and you ran back to the West. It was the betrayal of Benin that led to the loss of oil of Western Nigeria to the North till this day. Yoruba know you, you are a foe not a brother but that doesn't change the fact the entire Land called Benin belongs to the Oba of Benin who is a Yorubaman from Ile ife.
Deadlytruth:

Unfortunately, you didn't address any of the posers I raised. There was a civil war in Nigeria in 1967 and what you said wasn't even close to happening. If not for Awolowo's wisdom and Ojukwu's own greed, Biafran soldiers would have even taken over Ore and marched down to Lagos.
On the other hand, Awolowo the most politically enlightened Yoruba man and in fact the most pragmatic and most intelligent Nigerian politician ever to walk on the earth did an ethnographic survey of Akoko-Edo and confessed that the people are not Yorubas in any way hence he never targeted them in his Yoruba irredentism struggles unlike how he targeted the Okuns and other Yorubas in the North Central Region of today.
Politics / Re: 2023: Igbo Presidential Aspirants Vow Not To Step Down by Jagunlabiodua: 8:09pm On Feb 21, 2022
What stupid claim? The Yoruba OBA of Benin is what? Even in Benin republic they speak Yoruba and not to talk of Benin kingdom, A kingdom of Oramiyan. Benin is 100 percent Yoruba land. Deal with it

Since when ?
You yoruba need to stop making stupid claims.
It would be nice when yoruba would stop deluding themselves, no part of Edo-state nor Delta state has anything to do with yoruba.
Politics / Re: 2023: Igbo Presidential Aspirants Vow Not To Step Down by Jagunlabiodua: 8:04pm On Feb 21, 2022
The Whole Benin and Delta belongs to the Yorubas and the son's of Oramiyan, Benin is just like Ijebu, Ijaw, Ishekiri, you need to understand the OBA of Benin is a Yorubaman and a Yoruba King. If for example there is a civil war in Nigeria, Yoruba will take Benin and Delta, places like Lokoja, illorin will be taken as well.
Deadlytruth:

I know you would mention Akoko-Edo, and that is actually a huge falsehood. The Akoko tag in the name does not connote Yorubaness, rather it is only geographical in meaning which is "Edo people who are geographical neighbours to Akokos". There are really no Yorubas' indegenous to Akoko-Edo. The tribes in the area are Etuno, Okpameri, Uneme, Ososo, Okpe and others. None of their languages is mutually intelligible with Yoruba. For example, below are some native names of the people, and I would like you to tell me what they mean in Yoruba:
1. Eneze
2. Emmasealu
3. Onyonnude
4. Oyonorifo
5. Ogie
6. Enevara
7. Ajimego
8. Okondo
9. Ozioma
10. Asesho
11. Lawani
12. Ausere
13. Ubani
14. Eshemokhai
15. Uniami
16. Igbelazor
17. Pendo
18. Adeche
19. Utachi
20. Enachi

Note the presence of the sounds z, v, and ch which are all absent in Yoruba Language.

The only actually Yoruba people indegenous to Akoko-Edo are the Imeris who have since been carved into Ondo State to join their Yoruba kit and kin there. While they were in Akoko-Edo they used to complain about being among strangers hence kept on agitation for boundary readjustment to enable them be among their actual brothers in Ondo State. Their prayers were answered in 1996 when Abacha created Local Government Areas and moved them to Ose LGA in Ondo State.

As for Benin, you yourself know that Bini Language and Yorubas Language are not mutually intelligible at all and that Bini culture is poles apart from Yoruba culture.
In essence the only parts of the Midwest that Yoruba or Yoruboids are indegenous to are the Itsekiri and Olukumi areas of Delta State. These people's languages actually are a dialect of the Yoruba Language and they themselves don't deny it.

IGBOS shouldn't even dare dream to face Yoruba in 2023 or face disgrace and defeat at the polls as I can confidently tell you today the Yorubas have captured power until 2031 all we are waiting for is Buhari and the Norths handover Next year.

The mistake you IGBOS keep making is confining Yoruba people to South-West, Note that Yoruba is Kogi, Kwara, Delta, Edo, That's over 10 states plus SW . The Yorubas are the largest ethnic group in Nigeria followed by Hausa and then Fulani and then IGBOS, This is why no Tribe in Nigeria can defeat a Yoruba mainstream candidate, everything is with the Yorubas, Education, population, economy, money, entertainment, influencers, influencial OBAs, and off course the real capital of Nigeria which is Lagos. 2023 I see clear victory for a Yoruba president
smatt1711:
I see Tinubu VS Atiku..... SE and SS will vote for a particular candidate, North will vote for a particular candidate and SW will vote for a particular candidate..... Even if APC produce Osibanjo and PDP produce Atiku.... Only the South West will vote for Osibanjo....

I remember I once told my friends I want Buhari to win a second tenure simply because I want to watch how igbo leaders will react in 2023 when it will be the turn of the South... Very soon the fact will be clear to them.....

I also want to watch what the agitation of Biafra will look like after 2023.. Is only the poor among igbos that are supporting Nnamdi Kanu, I want to watch how the game will look like when the igbo Elites will start paying attention...

But one things is sure South South and South East won't vote a South west candidate... So this means the North can remain there till the next 100 years untill the South will have common sense... Is painful when you allowe a brother take a turn and when it reaches your own turn that same brother comes up to say you won't have your turn.... No man will take it.

Then trust the north as grand masters of politics... They can leave APC for Tinubu and PDP for Peter Obi.... Atiku will form another party and all the president needs to do is to ensure a free and fair Election... The entire North with some Souths in Atiku's lineup is enough to ensure Atiku wins the election ... TINUBU will pack back to Lagos.....

The two largest ethnic group are in Alliance.

South South Yes but they are historically mid West and Western Nigeria, was Rotimi Ameachi not a govern of rivers, I'm talking history you are talking about individuals and names. Okowa is Delta Igbo and also there is Delta Yorubas RMD, Omawumi, orisafemi, oritsejafor, OLU of Warri are a few prominent Delta Yorubas commonly knows as itsekiri. OBA of Benin will deliver his land to his kinsmen in the West and that's reality. Oshiomole will do the work.

Who told you IGBOS are the Majority in the South? Yoruba is the Largest ethnic group in the South and also the Single Largest ethnic group in Nigeria according to OBJ once you divide Hausa and Fulani. also the South South comprise of States in Western Nigeria with Larg population of Yorubas in Edo, Delta. Warri is a Yoruba Town, Benin is Yoruba Territory. Kwara and Kogi are states Yorubas in the North lay claim to. I'm sorry to inform you the IGBOS and the Easterners are going to wait years and maybe 32yrs to change this winning alliance between the North and West
CSTRR:

Toe the path of hate?

Where was the path of peace when Jonathan was president?

If you were not amateurs political player, you would not be going against the majority of the south by choosing from a region that the bulk of the south will never support.

It's clear that your priority is not unity and that unity you will not see.

We will see where your choices will lead you guys.

And Let the IGBOS see that the Yorubas brought Jonathan Azikiwe from the Eastern Region and he ruled for 6yrs as president and 2yrs as Vice president, Let the East also see that Yorubas brought and supported Buhari from the North and he ruled for 8yrs and Let the East and IGBOs understand Nigeria is founded on 3 major tribes and in 2023 Power must go to the West and Yorubas who left power for Easterners and Northerners in 2007-2023, which is 16yrs. Only Yoruba can rule in 2023 the North and East are not qualified thanks
onuman:

It's only politics. Let Yoruba APC see that a Yoruba ruled Nigeria for 8 years from 1999. Let Yoruba support Igbo to present a successor to President Buhari

How I'm I wicked? By trying discouraged a woman from foolishly breaking her home, Look you women are not men and can never be men and stop crying our president M Buhari clearly told his wife Aisha she belongs to the kitchen and the other room and that's the reality. Nigerian women must and should learn how to obey and submit to their husbands or else don't marry the man. All men can not be enslaved by your shenanigans. you are very wicked encouraging a married woman to turn to a single mother. Home breaker clap for yourself

All I can say is, you're a wicked human being.
