Hmmm!

Since the Pastor could say she was not his wife, why didn't he also reveal who the true wife is? Rather than leaving him hanging in confusion.

Your ability to overlook what you think people might say about you and decide what's best for you makes you matured and of all things, ready for marriage.
I am not giving you go ahead to move into your father's proposed house, all I'm saying is seek your oga's opinion and decide what's best for your future.

And I can see love in your eyes
The sun shines brightly in your heart
You’ve never been so beautiful
And you can see my joy and pride for you

Though your smile I see your tears
Take his hand my baby girl,
And be his wife forever more
The time has come for you to go
Wipe your tears and never fear
Cause I will always be right here for you

Tu sais j’ai tant rêvé
De pouvoir te garder,

Mon enfant, ma baby girl,

I never thought you’d leave me, Soon for anyone
So hard to let you go,
Oh my child, my baby girl
The time has come to live your life

Religion / Re: Church Where Couple Must Buy Suits For Host Pastor & His Wife Before They Wed by Jamean(f): 5:37pm On Aug 10, 2017
Lol!

It's not news, during my sister's wedding in the church we were attending then, the G.O made laws like this as well. My sister bought an expensive lace thinking the clothe thingy was just figurative, the woman G.O out-rightly rejected it and said it should be monetized. This is a church that had nothing to contribute to the wedding aside officiating the wedding. The whole drama surrounding the wedding was the icing I needed to leave the church.

Earlier today, I was just contemplating on if a Pastor should be paid for officiating a wedding ceremony, is it not part of their duties as Ministers? My friend got married recently and was asking me how much she should give to all the Pastors for officiating the wedding, my response "it's part of their job description, I don't see why they should be paid separately"

Churches these days... I reserve my comment.

Better put, he didn't want to be responsible for the pregnancy.
