PropertiesDon't Buy Property At Obalende: by james1(op): 2:15pm On Jan 10, 2009
Hello Everyone.

Whatever you do ,don't buy property at Obalende.lagos state government is seriously considering redeveloping the place.
Don't ask me how i know or who told me.just don't go near where they might be inviting you for talks about buying property there.
This developement has brought about a setuation where some families are puting up their property for what may appear to be cheap sale.they want to sale off and leave you to worry.
They have little or nothing to lose should govenment start the process of taking over the land for redevelopment but should you buy now you definately will have plenty to worry about.
Shine ur eyez nd mind!

@poster.
Hello.
Do you know why you can't oust a government in Nigeria even when we all know that they are dirt corrupt?
Because the FG undertand the power behind mass protest and the far reaching effect it can have on any situation and the offshots which this very effective way of showing disaffection can bring.

THE POLICE PUBLIC ORDER ACT.
This draconian act that exist for the sole purpose of stiffling opposition to unpopular government policies.
How many us know that before any protest can be carried out;police permission must be obtained,that is the police must know why one is protesting and for what purpose.should this protest border on any thing that will bring the government trouble relating to any action that government had recently taken,no permission will be given.
This means that the government will not be troubled even if the governed are not happy with her.
In Summary we, the governed must bend the FG to our will by making her take an other look at the police public order act in order to make amendment that will enable us to protest peacefully any time we feel we have been wronged by the people supposedly elected to SERVE US.
Do note that the present police public order act was an invention popular with the military juntas of the recent past.for us to be free to express ourselves this maddening act must be scraped to the dustbin and sulphur poured on it.

Hi Sames.
How many property do you have as direct?
Talking about direct.loosen up,don't be greedy.
What you should focus on is getting what your client want real fast and trouble free.
I live in Ikoyi and i can tell you how many person(s) have real direct here and i can tell you,they don't come to Nairaland.
So if you want land stop fusing about direct or no direct;because that is talk of immature or greedy realtors.you won't go far and deep in this business if you continue this way.

Newspapers reported that he was wailing and crying like a baby, complaining of severe stomach ache before he finally died, to the extent that people around him couldn't believe the the hitherto stern and brave Idi-Agbon could be crying like a baby. This life!!!

Have you experience real stomach upset before?'cos'it can make anyone cry for help:not to state one stomach upset that was trigerred by poisoning.

PoliticsRe: General Tunde Idiagbon? by james1(m): 11:02am On Nov 14, 2008
@poster
even though he was only a vice president,he s a man in the mould and class of thomas sankara, and as far as i am concerned he is the only authentic leader who s totally above board in nigeria, no one can accuse him of being corrupt other than the fact that he was too rigid e.t.c even in spite of that,he got things done and only GOD knows where nigeria would have been in the committee of nations by now, red about allegations that he was intentionally killed with poisoned tea like they did m.k.o abiola

I agree with this statement.general Idiagbon is everything you pasted and more.he was all things positive.and above all he was a very brave and fearless man,not know to be tribalistic.Ibb told him not to return to Nigeria when their regime was overthrown,he came.
If he was to be president he would have been a benevolent dictator.Nigeria would have made enormous progress by now.He would have been our own Atarturk!
Christianity EtcRe: Pst Chris Oyakhilome And T.b Joshua Are Secret Agent Of The Devil by james1(m): 11:57am On Nov 10, 2008
Hello.
It is a good and very encouraging news? that some men of God are doling out goodies to many people,including people who are not their church members.come to think of it;when they display the good in them to non church members.it encourages person(s)that don't come to their church before to want to belong to this wonderful men of God? church.those who are sitting on the fence don't need any further prompting that these men are indeed men of God?they quickly discard any doubt and join the church:meaning more members and everything that is associated with it.

Now when Jesus was baptized he went about doing good.

The problem with Christians? in Nigeria are enormous;some go about looking for the next outbreak of miracles harvesting church.
Some go there because the pastor has a way with words.
Some go there because the pastor has a killer dress sense.
Some go there because they have received news of other people getting healed.
How many go there because God is worshiped in spirit and truth?

There is no smoke without a fire.
Am always careful with churches where they don't worship God in spirit and truth and where the whole works is so built around the pastor.
Always watch and pray.let me break it down;to watch na to open your eyes well,well an see with am. to pray na to pray for God to give you correct sense to notice magomago an waka comot for bad,bad place including some kain church dem.

There are fake pastors in Nigeria,no doubt. better for one to take him/herself to hell with their own knowledge than to allow some pastor whose ways are very questionable and full of controversy,in fact they tumble from one controversy to another to escort them there in grand style'a
PoliticsRe: Iwu The Ewu's Dumb Statement! by james1(op): 3:35pm On Nov 07, 2008
Hello Everyone.
With all calls for his sack,he is still unmoved;if it had been in a country where the will of the people is truly followed by the people supposedly elected by the people,Iwu the Ewu would have resigned his position. but no,not in Nigeria:public officials even while it is all clear that that they have erred irredeemably they will still cling to an office that they where appointed to,not that they occupied this office from their mothers womb.

Hey.
@poster.And your point is?  Undecided

Be bold,know what you want and go for it.
As in this case:it is a guy.many a guy i know will and can chat up any woman.
You never can tell many other gals might be eyeing him too.
Some guys hide under the guise of shyness and say;it can't be possible,yes it can and has been possible!
They can't understand how a woman can be that bold.

As for me i did rather have my wife eating out of my palms.i did love for her to love me to bits.
And i don't mind should she be the one to make the real first move,especially when i might not have noticed her.

Hello.
@poster.Oh so girls are no more die hard materialistic and it so funny you of all persons should be giving advise.

My advice to women is that:if they see a guy they want badly,"it could be for that special something in that guy" not the barrs,go for him.you know what you as a woman want in a guy.
Do you want to have me tell you? cool
RomanceRe: Nigerian Girls Are Die-hard Materialist's. by james1(op): 2:45pm On Nov 07, 2008
Hello.
@poster.
They are simply a product of their society.  Nigeria is a shallow and materialistic society where money, and position, and titles are the core of the nation.

I agree with you on that,insightful.

Hey girls of NL.
If you got the hots for a guy do tell him,it is only idiots who actually don't understand a thing about romance that will go tell people about it.
On tusday at church this super-girl was crazy about me(i could sense and perceive her craze for me,she was so over me)not bragging.i wondered why she won't just start a conversation.i pitied and let her suffer that day,because she won't come out to me,i mean,i don't live in the jungle and i take nothing and no one for granted.when church closed i went to my mama and she was just starring at me as she left,i saw hunger(for me) in her eyes.
Okay,okay i will to talk her on sunday.am looking for my soulmate you know.
