Ah well...here's how I go abt.

I don't think it work for handregs though

When have a niche in mind..I set my ED parameters and start searching from 2017 downwards...go as far as u can.

ii. I watchlist based on: - size of city, length of name, ACR (very important to me)
After watchlisting to my satisfaction...I will then balance well, visit my watchlist and start downsizing.
--click on Reg, it will show u similar domains/variations.
* I remove domains whose variations were recently added to ED.
* For the ones that survive, I click on their ACR if they have, it takes me to archive.org where I can see what the domain was last used for.
-- i keep the ones that were previously functioning sites (for obvious reasons), I avoid there ones that where hosted for sale. If the city is very large, but no archive info..I may "keep in view"

- for the ones that survive this second process, I then go to hosterstats to confirm if the expiration dates tallies with that of archive.org (shouldn't be off by more than a year. Just to make sure I'm on track.

-- sometimes I check domaintools to see if the number of "dropped" tallies with the number of "deleted" on hosterstats. Just for good measure.

--to be double sure, I then visit the search bar of DAn and type in the last surviving domains one by one...if nothing pops up, I then pen it down for possible registrar. I hardly visit Afternic for this though.

Sometimes hosterstats will show u the marketplace it was last listed....

..and this my goodman, is how I go abt it.

Recently, I found out the d names selling on my portfolio are the ones that have/had never been outbounded wen I picked them.

One of the bosses here actually gave this tip about picking names that have never been outbounded before. And I think he's right.

Although, I have dropped names that I later found out they sold.

I'll advise newbies to stick more to this rule.

If that's the case, okay. A domain training at 5k wouldn't cover mentorship and without mentorship you may be in a mess or give up. Better to pay someone 30-50k and be guided forever than to blow money on over 20 names while trying to save money.

Dingtone is another means to outbound a domain name. Worked for me last week. I sent couple of emails to potential end users as I usually do. One replied that she's not interested. After some days, I used dingtone SMS to contact her again. She said "how much". That's how we negotiated. She eventually bought two domains from me. Singular and plural. This happened last week.

Custom mails make you appear professional. It is the same reason Dan have Simon@Dan.com not Simon@gmail.com or Simon1234@gmail.com.

Some of the endusers we are contacting use customised mail addresses and for them to relate with you better on a company to company basis they need to see a certain level of trust and professionalism. Contacting them with a custom mail is one way of showing them.

For inbox, first you have to make sure your mails are not getting to inbox. Visit the gmass url above and test to see where your mails are lending.

The software is very tough and if you mails can scale through to their inbox it means you are good. If not, you have to go to the same site and use their free warming service. Or create new mail addresses for that.

Pet Rescue Services. My advice here is to get new leads. Get a lead from cities different from the ones you got earlier. Try Miami, FL, Austin, Phoenix, LA, etc.

And if you did that and no response from anyone, then it's time to look at your mail and make sure they are not disappearing. For a name like this, you should get, in the least, a 1000 endusers.

Do the same thing for others. Try to increase your leads. If you are using Reeon for scrapping try to use Letsextract. Or try our guys scrapping here. If you don't have money for that, then patiently do manual sourcing on google and bing.

Source for more leads for HoustonTx Flooring. It should sell but that will depend on your pricing, number of endusers you are contacting and your mails reaching their end. Mails can either go to inbox, spam folder or don't even reach the target address at all.

And don't hang reg for now. Brave Strive is good but it's a Brandable name. You can't outbound that and if you are going to reg a Brandable when you've not made a sale, it'd be good to go with a trending term. Like meta.

Crypto Cycle is good and doesn't need an SV to sell but what you look out for when it has to do with xyz is to check how many other extensions the name has been taken in. That should give you an idea of what to expect.

The bottom line is, if you are facing this state, then something is obviously wrong and you have to have a strategy for facing it. You have to design what you will do differently this year. E.g using a custom mail, warming your mail, regging only quality names, getting more leads or what ever. Do something different.

2 years on and not a single sale yet for me from SH or BrandBucket. I pray that changes soon.

I'm actually running an MSc degree amongst other things....and that also contributes to my lack of time to outbound, so I'm actually looking at getting some assistance. yes sir. Roughly two years into this biz. Grew my portfolio over the last two years. Bought names that met my criterias, usually from ED.
Having over a thousand names, inbound sales and offers will definitely come every now and then.
Like This year, there's no month I didn't make at least a sale even with minimal effort. Infact I don't outbound much this past months, till I start feeling broke (very lazy domainer)
I check out domains expiring every month, run outbound on some, renew some. Let the rest expire
