An incidence happened in my are this year also,at around midnight 1:30/2:30am,i & some people in my area use to heard the cry/sound of a strange voice.

Later,we heard that the 'baale' in our area came to our street with 'omoonile' to exhume the remain of a long dead corpse & take over the land it was buried in,without even performing some rituals...it was this last month,they carryed 'oro' in our street & we have not been hearing the strange cry/sound again.
