It means two things.

* you did not fully complete last registration

* You completed it but wasn't deployed .

NYSC has changed. If you miss a batch, you will have to wait till the following year.. so just wait for next year 2022 where you can start a new registration.

I completed it but wasn't deployed. I was meant to understand that I will wait for stream2 because of covid and congestion, since stream1 has already been posted.
Eventually, I just opened the site, while trying to login, I saw that notice

For the person asking whether d race is run or trek, it is ur foot na u know which u fit do....wen u begin to trek and den the rest candidates starts overtaking u like Usain bolt, no be person go tell u to increase ur pace.

Well the race is scored according to the cage/bus, those who arrive first falls in first bus, that's 50point. 2nd bus 30points, 3rd bus 10points 4th bus 0point.....they can change the points depending on the km race ran....i.e in 5km race, Im not sure though, because I didn't fall there, but I think 10 points were given to the 4th bus.
