There must have been a communication breakdown somewhere before or during your search for vehicle. In my opinion, since it was a special one-off event, you could have made advance arrangements for transports. You probably overreacted or expected too much from a stressed pregnant woman. I think you should follow what her mother says. She'll reappear & if she's got no good explanation for her disappearance, you may have to reconsider your plans with her. |

MrSly: Kwankwaso is a selfish man and has never done anything for anybody. He would have gone Atikus way but NDC has principle and knows the value of PO. Kwankwaso only agreed because he has seen that the only way he could ever become a president in this country is by this arrangement so he unwillingly swallows his pride. That is why he snatched membership card from PO son as to be seen as first to collect. He is below but doesn't want to admit. kwankwaso is there for 2031 and nothing more. |

Family › Re: Why Do You Divorce Your Child Along? by janvier27(m): 3:55pm On Jan 08 |
Factcheck0001: it's not like u think
My friend is in d same scenario u described now but he was forced to abandon the child.
The couple had issues as usual n they went their separate ways, the court ordered that the man should pay child support every month n should always b allowed to see his child anytime he wishes.
The guy is always paying money every month on a steady but 4 good time he drove from Ibadan to Lagos to go see the child n he was denied access.
Imagine how annoying that would b?
He had to stop paying n stop going to visit the child.
So will u tell me it's d guys fault? It may be his fault. I doubt court will say anytime without adding that he should inform her ahead of any visit. He probably didn't inform her that he was on the way to see his child. If he complied with the court ruling & she messed up like some always do, then go back to court instead of abandoning your child or involve police or family or self help kowai. |

Yankee101: He should be in jail with Malami and Adoke When Yar’adua was incapacitated they were part of those who stole the nation’s monies blindly
Nigeria's new acting president has demoted the Minister of Justice who opposed his taking temporary power in the prolonged medical absence of the country's elected leader.
https://www.voanews.com/amp/acting-nigerian-president-sacks-justice-minister--84052027/153198.html
In his first cabinet meeting since lawmakers made him Acting President, Goodluck Jonathan sacked Justice Minister Michael Aondoakaa.
Attorney General Aondoakaa led members of the cabinet in resisting a provisional transfer of power to Mr. Jonathan, insisting that there was no power vacuum in Nigeria ten weeks after President Umaru Yar'Adua left for medical treatment in Saudi Arabia. You are so right. History is good. I compared him with Malami in a recent post saying I thought we won't see anything worse after him as AG. |

seunmsg: Malami is a lawyer, he should defend himself. He was an obscure lawyer before his appointment. Now, he owns a private university, several hotels and 46 personal bank accounts some of which have been linked to funding terrorism.
It is only an enemy of Nigeria like Atiku that will condemn the ongoing investigation of Malami. Considering the level of insecurity and terrorism in the country, all patriotic Nigerians should be asking investigators to do a thorough investigation and not playing the usual politics of ethnic solidarity. Exactly |

Party got so used to being lawless. When in govt, they could always get away with oppression and lawlessness within and outside the party because the finance and power was there. Out of power, the money dried up, but still continued with impunity and lawlessness; encouraged by those calling the party iroko that cannot be uprooted. Iroko is now being uprooted. |

Family › Re: Wife Discovers Husband’s Secret Second Marriage On Facebook After 3 Kids by janvier27(m): 5:45pm On Aug 08, 2025 |
blesdman: there is nothing like cheating in Africa or Nigeria. A man pays a bride price to marry you, meaning the lady is bought. So it is only when the lady looks outside, there is cheating. The man cheated nobody so long as he takes care of u. I don't know how Nigerian ladies got the idea that a man cheats on them. It is only when he stops taking care of u that a lady has the right to say he is cheating her. How can a man pay a price for u and u claim he cheats on u? I don't understand it. In the western world, the woman's family pays a dowry, ie part of the family's wealth to the man,and the men live in the females houses in most cases, hence they usually have right to say the men cheated on them. But for African culture, except the woman is the one taking care of the man, she has no such right to say the man is cheating on her. Bros, you are indeed a blessed man 🤣 |
