Increase 50k to 350k got me laughing and brought back a memory. Years back I left a rented apartment. My wall to wall rug was still on the floor, locked the apartment and was still with the keys cos my payment was still running. The landlord in his usual troublesome manner was desperate to give out the place, broke the door and removed my rug and kept outside. I got him arrested, he was locked up for days and I sued him for damages. Now the police kept asking me if I didn't leave gold for safekeeping under the rug. I told them nothing of such. They kept asking & getting same reply until they bursted out & called me a fool. Police wanted me to claim that I had gold kept under the rug.

Anyway to op's story, it's sad to see love turn this way. Both sides will have their stories. It's his choice to fight or flee or makeup.

I want to appeal to DSS or EFCC or any responsible law enforcement agency seeing this post to PLEASE do something about this menace. I have seen and heard a lot about this practice. What will it take to trace and bring out those doing this and parade them and get them convicted. Is this wickedness and evil not worse than drug trafficking? We are this bad and unpatriotic because there are no consequences.
