Anger is normal if you had sacrificed a lot to keep it together, but peace and daily thanksgiving follows. With maturity, you'll even celebrate your friends' successful marriages & if it's called for you gladly share your experiences. Being separated or divorced takes nothing from you if it gives you peace. I just realized I posted this on a wrong thread |
I guess their mothers did |
As it is now, no union can go on strike. The right to strike is gone. Since ngige with his five rings on five fingers established comradeship with the court to stop ASUU strike & we all applauded him, that'll be the template for all unions going forward. ASUU is an affiliate of NLC & yet NLC did nothing then to protest the ridiculous govt actions. I do have reservations with ajaero's approach and obvious election interference, but bastardising courts is a legacy of ngige & his presumed boss, buhari. |
I saw the interview. That man is a huge embarrassment to the institution. He came across as very empty. Thankfully Seun asked the right questions. |
BoldBrainz:Avoid night trip as much as possible. Safe trip. |
Otolomo1:Far from it |
The uncommon senate president should mail him prayers and the doctor in akpabio should prescribe water and sugar to revive him |
they must have a muslim-muslim ticket in south africa ![]() |
If it won't adversely affect you except your preference for depots, please do consider her. She probably needs the patronage more. |
Why not call labour now and agree on whatever will be in that broadcast. Will broadcast stop the strike?Knowing how things work, it's almost certain now that Tuesday will be work free even if the content of that broadcast is agreeable. Isn't this avoidable? |
Except if this approach is borne out of some information that isn't public knowledge, it would have been better to put the money in an account or some foundation strictly for Mohbad's child's education. |
If he did it, he should be paraded and get the highest sentence. May i not bring shame to my family. |
Who sleeps 9 hours? That must be very unusual. |
There are many ways to discipline. Her mum isn't using any. That's why she'll have no rest. |
Those countries want to labour in vain and continue to be nuisance in the region. |
guass:I trust Arab nations. That's why they are doing better. Our situation will remain a vicious cycle until we collectively hold our leaders accountable. 2m token in public service when citizens are told to make sacrifices and general wage level is criminally poor? A good number of university lecturers in nigeria with masters, publications, teaching years and community service don't earn this in a whole year. How brazen. |
The more the attempt at damage control, the more stupid and ridiculous it sounds. |
Serendipity2023:In isi-ewu |
Someone once told me having enough bitter leaf in it prevents purging. |
I thank God for the lives my father and mother lived and the way i was brought up. May they continue to rest in peace. May i never bring disgrace to my family. |
Two months talk after subsidy withdrawal (assuming previous government was irresponsible enough not to have prepared) and still no adjustment of wages. That's not good enough. |
May God reward the good intentions of all who offered to help. |
Calling holy ghost fire to destroy someone |
No, if you aren't leaving the airport |
Good move. It's long I heard anything like savings from FAAC. |
LibertyRep:It'll be the first time if this happens. I don't bother to read about ghost workers anymore. Many states have reported it, but the story dies with the report. |
I can relate with some contents of Robert Allen's Multiple Streams of Income, and Kiyosaki's Retire Young Retire Rich. Good you have other plans. But I wouldn't drop any stream of income provided there isn't a higher opportunity cost. I see no problem if it's just the no. 4. I've not seen that employer I can't manage. With understanding, tolerance and resilience, lion and man can thrive together. Best wishes. |
Truth is he did more harm on his own under the guise of independence with the support of the cabal who he believed would always protect him. It wasn't all on the president's instruction. |
DIAMANTE1759:Oh yes. Just like the hippopotamus story, quoting a specific recent date just to deceive. |
Judolisco:That's true. At 19, I'd finished my first degree. I once saw a thread on nairaland where someone made the same claim and everyone swore it wasn't possible, and I just laughed. I feel sorry for that girl because she has taken the wrong path early in life. I believe she can still be helped. |
Approach matters a lot especially when a 'minor' is involved. Jamb could have first revealed some details of investigations done before the indictment and sentencing. In any case, jamb is now vindicated. More should be done to find out the motives and all involved should face the consequences. |
