Ignorant fools will continue ranting over what they do not know or understand. Do you all think that as shrewd as Igbos are they will easily forgive and elevate Ojukwu to the status of a legend if he truly ran away?
The worst fate and humiliation that would have befallen Igbos would be for Nigeria to capture or kill Ojukwu. The man was practically bundled into the plane in Ulli airstrip because he never wanted to leave. Just as declaration of Biafra was the collective will of Igbos, so too was Ojukwu 's departure for Ivory coast.
You ignorant kids can continue writing all the rubbish you want cause you do not know or understand what the man represents to Igbos.
Thank you my brother for explaining it to this not well informed bunch of people. My dad was present when it all happened.

What do you have exactly? Tell me what your region contributes that's making you feel important.. bloody parasites!

Why I don't blame South Africans for Xenophobic attacks then.. It's kuku you ungrateful souls that roam about who suffered it most.

I am just thinking aloud....What if Buhari is from South-South, South-West or South-East? By now the northern politicians would have instigated the almajiris to start riots and protests for his impeachment all over the north.......What if crude oil is in the north.....? They would have insisted on seceding from Nigeria....
Or the military taking over with their usual "fellow kwontri men"

Hypocrisy and ignorance are the order of the day.
Only a fool will pretend to be unaware of the pathological animosity between Igbos and Yorubas. Even on NL, it is clear o the blind. Why should anyone expect Yorubas to support Igbos against the north? How many Yorubas are in UNN compared to ABU either as students or members of staff? Ditto FUTO/FUTMinna? How many yorubas are in Enugu compared to Kaduna? Everyone, sometimes Yoruba too, abuse the Northerners, yet everyone is at home in the North just like everyone is at home in the SW. Dustbin no good but fowl no gree commot for dustbin.
That doesn't mean yorubas don't have issues with the North, but we have much more at stake in the north than the SE(if any). You'll find yorubas 3,4,5 generations in the North. In their higher institutions, you find them as members of staff, how many yorubas are employed in eastern institutions? In their Markets you find yorubas, how many yorubas own shops in the East?
Let's leave hypocrisy, I'm not against actualization of Biafra, in fact it's the only true solution. At the same time, it's impossible to deny yorubas have much more at stake in the north than in the SE.
If the SS people were o be making such claims, it could be understood. They have a decent level of hospitality, which informs why you find every tribe in PH, Warri, and Benin. They're not just there but have really settled there. You can't say the same about SE where they'll tell you their ancestors forbid them from selling land to you.
Obviously you guys have more in common with them than the igbos and that's why we the igbos are clamouring for our exit so that you can enjoy your holy marriage with no interference.

It is funny how suddenly IGBOS, IPOB, Kanu and Biafra are now Yoruba people's greatest headaches. The way they are going now you will think Igbos murdered Abiola, kudirat, Dele Giwa, Funsho Williams, Bola Ige!
You will think Igbos are the ones who locked up Fela, Ajasin, Awolowo, Soyinka etc.
You will think Igbos are the one who swore osinbajo will never be president.
You will think Igbos are the one who invades Kwara and installed Emir.
You will think that Igbos are the ones that invaded Ile ife and kept oba of ife and his subjects in jail till today.
Few days ago, Arewa youth called them backstabbers and even told them they will never allow osinbajo to be President.
But you see them running around like headless chickens yapping about Igbo this...Kanu that, IPOB this, Biafra that!
They have Oduduwa republic agitation o, but they can't stop sticking their mouths on Biafra! Seems Biafra/Igbo/Kanu/IPOB are the only thing that gives them orgasm.
This una hatred on IGBOS, is it inferiority complex or do you have anything you can say we did to you people to deserve this?
The answer to your question is that if no one talks about you then you are irrelevant.Dont know if that makes sense?

We know the immature ones in the Union. Even the ijaws don't make empty threats or rants. They act. The Hausa/Fulani don't rant that's why we know these ones are jokers employed to ruffle the waters before 2019 but being the impulsive error prone jokers that you're, you and your elders are all over the place and I ask, name one thing you've achieved from this perennial stupidity?!! That's why we keep poking you because you just must react. You're too immature not to and its funny to watch. Pure comedy!!

Tell your tormentors who gave you quit notice to keep ranting and we'll keep ignoring them. Not every dog deserves a response. The Yoruba know this, the Fulani know this, the ijaw know this. Only the eternal empty chest beaters still lose the lesson and walk themselves into a cul de sac just like now. You can't ask for Biafra again, you can't ask for 2019 presidency!! angry

If you continue with the way you are ranting trust me you'll die of heart attack.

You non igbos should just treat them as miscreants. Stop giving them a large image as if they represent igbos. This are things that makes feel important.

OBJ's presidency is a case of dog eating his own meat. After the Hausas had killed MKO, they made OBJ the President just to pacify your people. This is the reason MKO's son said that the Yorubas killed his father and shared his meat. The Yorubas shouldn't have accepted that offer, they should have rather went for the killers of MKO.
That's why the Hausa and fulanis see them as no threat cos they are very easy to be deceived.Dont be surprise how they'll abandon the coordinator of Nigeria when the time comes.

Dr. Azikwe had told Ahmadu Bello: “Let us forget our differences…” to which the latter replied: “No, let us understand our differences, I am Muslim and a Northerner. You are a Christian, an Easterner. By understanding our differences, we can build unity in our country.”
Bello was further quoted as admitting that the amalgamation of northern and southern protectorate as “mistake of 1914.”
From the above it is clear Nnamdi Azikiwe was a unity beggar.

Since 1914 the British Government has been trying to make Nigeria into one country, but the Nigerian people themselves are historically different in their backgrounds, in their religious beliefs and customs and do not show themselves any signs of willingness to unite … Nigerian unity is only a British invention” – Alhaji Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa, 1948.

“Nigeria is not a nation. It is a mere geographical expression. There are no ‘Nigerians’ in the same sense as there are ‘English,’ ‘Welsh,’ or ‘French,’ The word ‘Nigeria’ is a mere distinctive appellation to distinguish those who live within the boundaries of Nigeria and those who do not” - Chief Obafemi Awolowo, 1947.

IPOB should erect Awolowo and Tafawa Balewa state in all cities in Igbo land.
They should burn the whatever is left of Azikiwe's family house for being a propenent of one Nigeria.
How come you did not complete the quote from Zik?
