And yes, it is possible for people who rule to create terrorism in the places they have authority over, and history has records of this. The reasons why they create that is for their own ambition. An example would be Nero who intentionally burned Rome and later blamed it on Christians . He did this so he could win the favor of the upper class.

Secondly, Modu Sheriff was a sitting senator then, and he had access to uncommon information which none of us have.

Such people do not speak anyhow, and Shettima never sued him for deformation of character.
So it is fair to say that Modu Sheriff has an element of truth in what he is saying .

Which is why I believe that state-sponsored terrorism is happening in this government. Now back to my question: why are you not convince that the Nigerian government is sponsoring state-terrorism , even though there have been reports and documented evidences that support such ?

In as much that you wouldn't like to admit this the truth still remains that the state is developing. The pace at which that is happening is what I think is the issue.

Because prior to last year or last two years the state cannot boast of a major eatery now they have 2 I'm sure you know them. Plus other business are gradually springing up.

The problem is most people (indigene) of the state are mostly Civil servants and farmers therefore there's less circulation of money in the state that's why the state seems stunted.

Baba apart from that fake ostrich and chicken republic, no other credible eatery dey that way. Abi you dey refer to that useless place near Gwari Motors?

Bros, I lived, schooled and currently stay in Minna and I can tell you that in the 20 plus years I have been there, the place refused developing even after the likes of A. A Kure and Muazu Aliyu were there. As we speak , the town is a hamlet and the only place that might be slightly worse than it would be the capital of Jigawa
