What's the Point of calling it FMN Graduate Trainee 2021 (FMN GT 2021). if resumption is in 2022? Abi was it only my own that showed 2021?

The 2021 represents the year the recruitment was posted and not resumption year....

And 2weeks-30days notice is like a standard every good organization gives the new employees for resumption or training because they understand that the new employees have to put many things together before resumption (some might need to resign from their current work, some might need to travel inter-country, etc)

Also if we did hear anything from them before the month ends I think we should just fix our minds on resuming next year. Coz they are suppose to give 30 days allowance for the successful ones to get ready for the training.

Cos all i know is that majority of us were asked hw many days notice would we need before we resume, and I'm guessing nobody mentioned 30days...

From the look of the mails, most likely they might be another interview or another internal screening process...

Something is telling me that this chat is made up, very fake. But not withstanding, the girls these days are something else. There was a time I was paid to provide home lesson last year. This 13years old girl started acting funny, but I don't want to overreact. It became suspicious when her friends started calling her husband, and she gets angry when I play with her friends. NCDMB is a govt org they don't have definite recruitment structure. But FMN has a better recruitment structure. Corporate org don't normally take so much time to conclude their recruitment exercise.
