The clamour for restructuring and true federalism would clearly give greater control to the federating units/regions, and promote a sense of localised power, but that's even unlikely - because the minorities within each region would still cry out about inequalities and marginalisation.

Then of course the most immediate reality that would emanate from true federalism is that the core North would be absolutely penurized because the largesses they have unfairly enjoyed for decades would be eliminated. So of course there would be no near term 'improvement' in the economy of the North. Rather, their economic woes will be x10 of what it is today.

The truth is that true federalism or restructuring is more a cry for justice - justice for the South specifically - than anything else. That's why the North cannot and will never entertain any such talk.

What now stops the north from focusing and commercialising their own natural and agricultural resources??

The last HND recruitment used SHL for the test..it was virtual and monitored...

After the 6 months training, you’ll go on a rotation plan throughout the various Areas and teams in the industry, Areas A to E, Workshop team, operations, monitoring etc. then after three years you’ll be assigned a permanent space.

30million Naira is the initial payment for first month in Europe, then 1 million subsequently.

The HND recruitment for 2017 (operators) were sent to UK for 6 months training and were not paid up to 500k/month during the training period

The current set of HND trainees (2021) are being trained in Nigeria and are not earning up to 500k/month...

So stop saying you don't know...

Lol anyone with a relative can go into RA with “dependent” ID card, even shell RA in ph is easily accessible. The issue is IA, lol last two month nlng took positions for technicians(from their contractors) they don’t get the full package because of their HND, but graduate trainees are the engineering aspect and they gain the full package.

Firstly the Ops/tech recruitment was not for contractors to be converted to full staffs (a contractor may apply cos he/she has HND doesn't mean it was an internal recruitment)...

Shockingly? The window to apply ends on November 21 so I don't get why you say "shockingly". It's normal to run into bottle necks during these kinds of applications. Patience and a bit of wit would help you.

They may have started "early" but there's absolutely NO difference between someone who applied on November 1 and someone who applied at 11pm on November 21. As long as your docs get in before the deadline everyone is viewed as applying on time.

Absolute NONSENSE! Please everyone ignore this Persian apply. Target late at night or early in the morning (like 4am). NLNG recruits PURELY on merit. And start preparing. Chances of success in getting hired are less than 1%. It's a very rigorous process that leaves only the cream rising to the top.
