Although like i said, i believe that maybe your documents had some issues and that's why you didn't get mails...

But no harm in trying to reach NLNG for further clarification ...

It was the early days of phone based internet access in Nigeria, so most of our chats were typed via computers/laptops, hence the reason we were so expressive back then.

Not all who applied that lives outside Nigeria passed. These set of people that were contacted are the ones that passed. They make up part of the successful candidates. Jasonex54 isn’t saying they are the only ones that passed, he is saying they are part of the successful candidates, hence the reason for the mail from NLNG. The remaining set of successful candidates will come from those that reside in Nigeria

Seems like mails were sent to 2 sets of persons:
1. Those who probably didn't upload some documents initially or had issues with uploads
2. Those who are outside the country to confirm their location

If you are not in any of these groups, no need to fret yourself, your documents are most likely in order...

So let's all chill and wait for the next official mail which should be the ASSESSMENT CENTER...

I was with a friend yesterday and he gave me a gist of what happened between him and a neighbor of his. They both work and usually meet just during weekends to hangout and chill even though they live in the same estate. last Saturday as usual they met and was together for an hour gisting and drinking and smoking in his neighbor's car just within the estate where they live. His neighbor decided they call it a day. while driving back home the lady called again and was telling him somethings again and he was replying okay, okay then hung-up. Is he overthinking this ?

So it's good to see Nicer and GoalZero1 comment here. It kind of makes me believe that more people than just prospective GTs are here. I've always known though that some employees (at least fellow GTS) are on this thread. I must emphasize that they are here in their private capacities mostly re-living their experience as prospective GTs. Nicer was semi-active on our GT thread (which made his moniker very memorable when I saw it here). I can't say too much more about him. GoalZero1 I'm sure I will be able to recall him if we had mutual GT friends.

So to clear the air, I have absolutely NO ulterior motive when I come here to share my experience during the recruitment process. For me, it's more about giving you guys, all the information and resources I wish I had when I was going through the process. And making it publicly available, in one place for use now and possibly in future by other GTS (I'm not sure I'm going to be as interested in any future recruitment). When I was preparing, I spent hours and hours googling and researching. Many of those hours could have been saved if there was a "repository" of all that the process entailed. At the end of this process, I'd be happy to hear that people were successful leveraging the info I'm dumping here.

Why I Don't Support Tinubu for President of Nigeria

Personal reason: I don't like the choice of his Vice, he strikes me as the true face of Bokoharam.

Health reason: He is obviously struggling with his health and memories. It is not his fault that he is old, but it is his fault that he has refused to rest. I won't push him to an office that his health and age will not carry. He will end up ruling by proxy, which is not good for a country like Nigeria.

Reason based on justice: GEJ and his party were voted out of office based on incompetence, it is only fair that with the woeful failure of APC that has superseded that of PDP, the party should not be rewarded with another tenure.

Based on morals: Tinubu has consistently lied. He lied about his age, his education, and his family. They even hired people to act as bishops and priests in one of their unveiling programs. I do not trust anything he is promising. Even more, is the fact that he is an alleged drug lord and he has not denied his dealings with illegal drugs. My moral conscience won't allow me to consider him.

Religion: He is Muslim, his Vice is a Muslim and they both want to take over from a Muslim. In a country like ours with about 50% Christians, they are simply saying that the North has no Christians. And to make it more obvious, El Rufia in one of his recent interviews described the northern Christians as an "enclave".

Issue base: His major drive to be president is based on the fact that he considers the presidency as his turn (emi lo kan). Even on issues he has spoken about, none is coherent. And even if you think anyone is coherent, they don't seem to have emanated from him.

Note: I have the right to my opinion on the candidates.
This is my personal opinion.

Why I don't support Atiku for President

1. Equity: The North is just about rounding up a tenure of 8 years, and in the spirit of equity the office should go to another region.

2. Experience: He lacks the necessary political leadership experience needed to serve as a president having never held nor led any elected office before.

3. Religious Tolerance: someone who calls himself a Unifier, he doesn't speak out against religious injustices in a country where religion is a major divider. Eg. The deborah case

It has been said time without number that you guys are in for atleast 8-9 months of the recruitment process, and yet some of you are still asking for interview mails..

Relax small...shwooo...

Just program your mind to eait till atleast March endint for the next mail.....that way if it comes earlier, you are happy, if not, you won't feel depressed...
