I don't mean to spoil ur Biz but as an Optometrist I am deeply concern about ur claims. While some eye supplements do have some benefits to d ocular system, their functions are never curative cos they are mostly multi-vitamins and minerals. (I do prescribe multi-vitamins for older patients too). So Cataracts , Glaucoma and Itching should be out of there. Don't GIVE people false hope. Most supplements do help the photoreceptors and so can improve Night vision.

razznaija: I understand that the air in Nigeria is dried and polluted, but please invest in some eye drops, it will do you a lot of good.

If you are talking about eyedrops that "brightens" the eye color and makes them white, then my advice is DON'T TRY IT. Am an Optometrist and can tell you that such eyedrops have negative side effects. (I don't want to mention the eyedrops cos some pple here will still go ahead and use). The effect is temporarily and the eye will return to the same color. Secondly some of those yellow, brown and discolored eyes results from high cholesterol deposits and from the type of food we eat. However, most are GENETIC.

Personally I don't like eating on the Dinning table. Seems too conservative and traditional to me. Am just wondering if am among the odd few. I eat everywhere and anywhere in the house.(Except the Restroom ). In bed, eats on the floor when watching TV, in the kitchen if am bored, on my lap especially when watching films and football... Is there any benefit of eating on the dinning table

It depends on the type of eye defect. If its refractive errors like myopia, hyperopia or astigmatism, then those stuffs don't have any effect. If its pathological conditions like a stye or chalazion (Eyelid swelling conditions), then eyeliners and mascara can worsen the condition. I did a research while in school I found out that prolong use of heavy make-up can predispose you to some eyelid conditions. MY ADVICE : Always wash off ur make-up before going to bed. Remember they contain chemicals.

This is well-said and should provoke some thinking. I used to tell people in school that : Don't study for Govt Jobs only, study n achieve skills that can make u independent and contribute smth to society and to meet people's needs. Here is a real experience while in school....I love Tech stuffs and computers, so one day I told a colleague of mine that I wanted to learn how to design website using Wordpress, and he laugh and told me that I was confused and lack direction, that how can a Doctor be wasting time designing websites and coding. Anyway I did learnt that and when I started getting some cash frm it he was the first to spend it with me. Here is another true life story...a friend of mine graduated frm UNIBEN in Elect Engineering, after a year of searching for Job without success he decided to start repairing fones. After a while, he started selling fones too, and then laptops. Later he was supplying some Organizations. Today, He has a car, married and he is doing well for himself. That is within 5 years. Summary : Just start somewhere, no matter how small and be committed to it.

I had a similar experience. I had this two week Job in PH and they were to pay very well , but when I told my GF she was like 'So u want to leave me for 2weeks, is ur job more important than me' ? I like Phyno....the first time I heard "O Set" I didn't even know he was the singer but I just love the song especially the instrumentals, I spent time asking n had to google the song to download it. What is the Medical Abortion?
Medical Abortion (brand name Mifeprex) is a form of early abortion caused by the combination of two medications, mifepristone and misoprostol that is an option for women who are 8 weeks pregnant or less. Also known as RU486 or medication abortion.
