This website was custom designed and built by me. This website is intended for startup agents, property developers etc to have a platform to promote their trade. The website typically mimics the features of the popular Nigeria property center website.

SIMPLE EXPLANATION

1. There are two categories of people that can register on the website
a.customers:these are ordinary users who can enjoy every privilege on the website such as bookmark property, create property alert etc but they can't post properties.

b. Agents: this can be property developers,real estate agencies,house agents. They can post properties on the website and still enjoy other features of the website.

2. Email verification: this feature is necessary because an agent can't post property without confirming his email. This means that users can contact the agents via their functioning email address.

3. Property alert: a registered member on the website can create a property alert. This means that a user can tell the website to notify him/her whenever a property that matches his criteria is posted on the website. So assuming I am looking for a 3 bedroom flat at Ikeja for rent with a price tag of 500k per year. Whenever another user or agent on the website posts a property matching my needs, the website automatically sends me an email. This email will contain the link to the property, number of bedroom, price, email of the poster etc

4. Bookmark property: this means that registered users can save a property they like on the website. They can view this property anytime they like or contact the agent.

5. Floating contact button: when viewing a property you can directly call the client or message the client on WhatsApp from the website.

6. Mailing of agents: for those that prefer anonymous and professional communication, you can easily mail the agent that posted a property directly from the website

7. Property videos: potential clients don't need to come and inspect a property. You can make a video of the property, upload on YouTube and simply post the embed the link on the website

8. Etc. There are a lot of features that I didn't discuss here like
a. An agent can see how many properties he has posted

b. Number of people that have viewed a particular property he posted.

c. Automatically watermarks all images posted on the website with the property logo.

1. A property posted on the website cannot be published until you approve the property. This means you are in control of what property that viewers can see on the website.

2. You can upgrade a user to an admin so that the admin can help you manage the website.

3. Site statistics: this means you can see the total number of users registered on the website monthly, daily,weekly etc.

Please if you are very serious about your hosting or domain business please avoid garanntor.com or garanntor.ng at all cost. I signed up for their hosting plan, my website would be down for 15hrs a day. I stopped using them for hosting, I then bought a .com.ng domain which they have refused to activate since 4 weeks ago. Another of my domain got expired with them, I have been call and sending mails for one month now they have refused to pick my calls nor reply my email. If you are reading this and you are intending victim of their shenanigans you are better warned now.

With just about 10k you can have a hosting space on name cheap where you can host up to 3 websites, have large storage space, unlimited bandwidth (I know that this is not technically unlimited) free ssl etc. Stop using your money to buy problem for yourself
