Bro...PDP did not come this close two weeks ago in any LG in Kano. Kano is the surprise package of the governorship elections. Like I don't understand how people changed their minds in two weeks and not just in one LG, across the entire state. Lagos really needs to learn from Kano.

I have watched and observe the kind of politics played in the west, it is just too awesome, atiku right hand man supporting an APC candidate without bitterness, it is obvious APC is loosing Oyo states, thank to ajimobi, the political awareness and sophistication is manifesting, I believe this is the best for democracy to strive.

The group of voters I admire most in Nigeria at this point in time are the voters in the South West. I just like the way they protest against nonsense with their votes.

One point I would love to make is that the SE needs to take election and politics in general more seriously. This kind of poor showing with regards to election turnout is the region's biggest hindrance. Unless there is a new political system in place, the SE will always fall behind other zones in terms of their impact on elections. If you don't improve on your political participation, igbo presidency( not that it is important to me) will always be a mirage.

I swear, you just posted my mind. They think it's Arsenal vs Chelsea or Man. U vs Man. City. Most of them here will not be direct beneficiaries of either govt. Just the fact that their tribesman is in power gives them satisfaction. Like Katsina has produced two Presidents in Nigeria but you can't point out what impact it has had on their population. Even so-called educated people cannot resist the venom of tribalism. Whoever emerge as President has no benefit on the tribe of the individual except his inner circles. I think wise Nigerians should have known this by now. That is why what is most important now is to elect a leader who understands the country problems and can do something about it

Corruption is still high but there isn't free money like it used to be hence the reason most oppositions are crying which makes some Nigerians hate him. Free money doesn't elevate any society but that's what Nigerians want. They want free money, its the reason there are more churches now than before because they can tell them to pay tithe, offering etc to bribe God for their lives to be turned around.

Benue, Kaduda etc crises predates this government. But you can blame this government while praising the previous. You are the same people that screamed Buhari is killing christians in those zones because he wants to Islamize Nigeria but didn't use that same logic regarding Zamfara since it's predominant Muslim state. The day Ortom decamped to PDP was the day the crises in Benue reduced. What magic happened?

Shiites were killed in the previous governments, did you cry about that? Ain't you vying for the same government to come back? Nigerians have simply made it known that they only want to eat. No society turned around with suffering first before the eventual enjoyment. There are loads of rice locally produced now.

Throughout the administration of GEJ. I never heard where men of the Nigerian Army invaded the residence of Shiites leaders and murdered over 500 innocent defenceless civilians. If you have any proof of that, please state it here. It is on record that the Fulani Herdsmen was ranked as the 4th most violent terrorist group under Buhari. My issue with that is that what did Buhari do about it. Nobody said there would not be problems. Even if Atiku wins it doesn't mean all of Nigeria's problem will be automatically solved. My question is what did Buhari do about Fulani herdsmen and armed banditry

The only thing PDP needs to do is to share votes in Kano, Kaduna and maybe Bauchi, Jigawa. Katsina is Buhari's untouchable. The rest of the states will take care of themselves. Rivers is 90% PDP, Delta is 95% and those two states can produce 3m votes alone.

When did it rise to 80 and how long did it stay there? First th ing Buhari did was to pay civil servant owed by the previous government despite selling oil at over 100 usd per barrel. The same government was borrowing yet this government is evil and the previous government is a saint. You truly deserve to be suffering.

Obiano who is in APGA confirmed Buhari is trying for the Igbos despite not supporting him in 2015. Buhari's government even supplied constant power supply to Ariaria market yet he is hated but they love who ignores them.

Jonathan established universities in the North, built roads in the North, at the end of the day what did he get him. We don't need a president that will try to appease to one section of the people so that he can use it to get votes. We need an intelligent and capable leader who will look at the problems of the entire country and do something about it. It was Buhari who invented the famous 97% vs 5% statement that seriously divided the nation and felt that by appointing igbo ministers he has satisfied the igbos. Let us not allow sentiment rule us. Buhari has failed for me in 5 major areas.

Corruption: Nigeria is still very CORRUPT as it was before. The difference from the previous govt is that a new set of people are permitted to steal public money.

Oil rose to 80 at a point in time. It's around 67 now. Even at that there has being mismanagement and corruption in the oil sector in this Buhari administration so the price is not only the issue. The NNPC and the entire oil industry is as corrupt as it was before

Delta state's debt is the second largest in Nigeria after Lagos state.

Delta state's debt is almost 3 times larger than Kano.


The question is, what happened to the derivations, huge allocations and IGR in Delta?

It was the useless APC senatorial candidate for Delta South who was the immediate past governor of the state that plunged the state into Debt and update your figures. They are wrong
