Nah, that their tracking website doesn't work. Tried it severally and it kept returning error messages.
If you got a tracking ID from vfs it means they have received your ppt, it Shud start with 2022...........
Just keep asking them for feedback and also checking your email for their response.

I have not gotten. Even acknowledgement for ppt I have not seen from VFS, had a live chat with them this morning though, they gave me tracking ID but its showing no record found when I try to track it.

I did my Biometrics in Abuja, I don't think I need to pay transmission fee.

I had initially sent my consent form, processing fee receipt (9930), passport request letter, and my actual passport before I was requested to pay 18710 because I did not send it in a return envelope.

Exact same image that was sent to me. I wonder why I haven't received the email yet.

Someone called me from DHL that my passport was returned from VFS with a letter because I did not pay my courier fee. I made the payment of about 18700 and sent it to his whatsapp. He packaged my file and sent it back to VFS for me on Monday then I got the confirmation mail yesterday.

Is there any other thing added or just the payment invoice?

Mine was sent in one large envelope tho I picked it up in VFS envelope. I guess they threw mine away.

I don't really know what it means but I just had to pay the money. I'm waiting to get a feedback

Hmmm, same Friday, alright. I got a call from DHL Abuja today stating that VFS returned my documents because I didn't include a return envelope, alternatively I was asked to pay for Vsf courier partner and put the proof of payment and send it back to them, I have done that it got to them today but no acknowledgement yet still.

Call DHL office and ask about your documents.

At this point I don't even know what to believe, please has anyone sent ppt to VFS Abuja lately, when did you get acknowledgement email for passport submission?
