During charge, voltage fluctuates at initial voltage from 13v. Fully charged charge battery reads 14.5 to 14.8 during charge.

11.7 to 11.1 is a massive drop under a big load.

Name of inverter is Avatar 1050 sinewave, battery is oceanic deep cycle gel 12v200AH. I have no idea what the charging current is, its just the inverter and battery no solar panel. Load is a 43" tv, 2 energy bulbs and a ceiling fan and past midnight two standing fans only in both instances charging phones. On the said day I saw 10.1V wen the inverter beeped I was only able to charge for 4 hrs. Should a good battery drop that low and what can I do to confirm if the battery is in good shape? Its been a week since i had it installed all new.

where can one fing this fuel pump wires? i have had this problem of my car jerking, one mechanic eventually figured it was fuel pump wire and fixed it. the car worked very fine for months until i took it for repairs in another mechanic [he changed the worn engine seatings] obviously he might have tempered with the fuel pump wires cos the jerking has returned.

so once again, where can one find this fuel pump wire and what does it look like. picture pls.

in my case the part of the wires that got damaged was just at the part connected to the fuel pump, so it was just on top of it. my car's fuel pump; honda accord is accessed from the booth, raising the booth floor mat you see a cover held in place with screws you unscrew, remove the cover and the fuel pump head is visible with the wires. However I have some good knowledge about cars and how the operate because I have a thing for cars. if you are not certain of what you are doing I think you should go complain to your mechanic there are several possible reasons why your car is jerking.... I suppose you have solved it by now anyways.

Hope you haven't sucked up a bit of fluid into your combustion chamber via your air intake hose.
Remove your spark plugs and crank engine. If you observe some fluid pushed out of one or more of the orifices, there goes your problem.

Replace the spark plugs, then start the car normally.

Lesson: Always avoid driving through flood. It could wreck your engine instantly.

Thanx God saved me, the fuel pump wires were apparently damaged by rats, reconnected them and walla! Car is running fine n am not driving thru water ever again!!

Please assist me, I drove through water which wasn't deep enough to cover my bumper but was deep enough to touch it and a few minutes later, turned off the car. The following morning it refused to start. My mechanic isn't close and i know what inexperienced mechanics can do to a honda accord, please what could be wrong with the car so I can tell a mechanic what to check for before he starts putting his fingers everywhere. Its a 2007 honda accord V6. There was no strange noises in the car after passing through the water besides the belts which I guess must have been sand or something, now it only cranks but wont start and no water got into the cabin.
