I was decrypting my external hard disk when at 99% I mistakenly detached the cable. Now when I click on It I get a inaccessible prompt. I also tried formatting it but says bit locker encryption. can you fix it. I dont even mind formatting

Guys I need your help. Was trying to remove the encryption on my external hard drive (seagate 3tb) w hen I mistakenly detached the cord from the system at 96% completion.
Now it tells me disc inaccessible. When I try to format it I get a notification that the disc is encrypted. I need to access the info or at worst format the disc for re-use.

Would appreciate anyone who can help even for a fee
