1. Make sure your adobe reader is up to date and it should work. It's to be filled PC.

2. Declaration is one page, you sign both the German part and English translation part. Questionnaire, you should fill and take along also, though recently they don't collect it but just be on the safe side.

I'm the person he is referring as the mumu boys friend. Now let me clear this Guy once and for all.

This same guy that I referred him to had helped transfer 90€ for me some days before that, this same guy had helped dozens of people transfer money to uni-assist.

Now the question is why didn't the transaction work for him?

You see this guy as you can sense how bitter he is from inside. I'm telling you that's how he carries bitterness everywhere.

And there's a saying that ... whatever way you think and feel inside of you, that is what you will always experience in your life.

If you feel happy you will always experience happiness in real life. If you feel bitterness in you, you will always experience bitterness in your life.

As you all can see from his bitter comment.....everyone is throwing bitterness back to him.

Please you guys should ignore him and look for someone in Germany to help you make the transfer because it's the best way.

Of course they make the transfer, but if Uni assist decides to go mad and not confirm it quickly, that's not the fault of the person that makes transfer on your behalf. That's the point I'm trying to get across.

In my opinion, I don't think adding a health insurance will matter... Since after the interview you will still be told to get one....
I think it's wise to get a 2 months insurance from mansard or mutual benefits.... To save time

You should fill in the address and city of your school but don't pick a type of apartment since you don't know what you will end up renting. But the address should be that of where you school is located. Why do you think it takes time to get health insurance when your visa is approved?? It's something you will get done in few hours. By the way, if you get an health insurance now, it would probably be almost expired by the time your Visa is approved. It's just travel insurance and it cost less than 20k, prepare for it but don't go around buying what is not needed yet.

what of the people that do the bank transfer too hmmmm. Well from the previous thread so far did bank transfer from nigeria bank. Either UBA or skye bank. And also it got delivered to uniassist on time.

I don't know what could have caused this delay for you but it's not because it was paid in Germany or whatever. Uni Assist can be funny at times but when they are normal, transactions from DE reflects faster than those from Naija.
I will also like to correct a notion that people seem to have that guys in Germany on this thread help others pay for Uni assist to convert their Euro to naira. Pleaaaaaaseee This is so wrong and misguided. Believe it or not, guys just want to help!! That's all. Their are various means of sending money home with rates better than WU sef, so people should refrain from spreading hateful stuffs. On this German thread, everyone just likes to help others. I know maybe few exceptions may abound, but if you honestly think the best way for me to send money home is by helping people pay 75 or 90 euros, hmmmm. On this thread, I've seen someone help people pay courier fees for their applications within Germany for FREE!!

I rest my case.

You don't need health insurance for interview. Motivation letter, if to be addressed to anyone, should be addressed to the consulate of course. I didn't address mine to anyone, but the message it carried was clear enough.

Lol. No be say na one serious thing though. It all depends on if you have a close Naija community/friends around you. Where I am, couple of guys told me they make use of friend's AOK card when they are sick to get drugs or stuffs like that. Since they make use of the private insurance. But how effective or efficient/safe this is, me I dunno oo. So I'm not advising you to "cheat" the system lol. Just saying.

I'm not very vast in this area but I'll try. If you are under 30, AOK is probably the best and it's public of course. ( comprehensive ) 90 Euros per month, but over 30, it's like AOK charges higher cos "presumably" one is expected to fall sick more from these age. Lol! ( I no understand myself ). I think it's between 120-150, so what most people over 30 ( students ), do is to go for private which is in the range of 40-60, but these one ehn, my guy here always laughs at himself cos he's using it. You have to pay for your hospital bills and then file for claims after and all that. In short, it's not really cool. That's all I can say on here before I talk the scope wey I hear and dem ban me. Lmao.

Why are you complicating the matter Biko. I read few pages back you were properly advised. Get your Bsc transcripts, cos you need it. Why do you have just 100 level and 300 level transcripts? What happened to 200 & 400 level transcripts? You have been told as well that unless the school is adamant about an English language test, a letter from your university confirming that you studied in English will certainly be adequate. All you had to do was email the course coordinator/ admission office in Germany to confirm if the said document will suffice.

Good Day, I want to start applications this week for university of koln and university of munster for information system, the schools said if you study in English, u can send a document from ur bsc university to show you studied in English(how do I go about this) and can I go to high court to stamp d documents I want to send to the schools? Both schools don't use uni assist

I think Exams & Records office in ur school should give you this letter. Just go and find out, it should not be a problem. Yes high court can notarize your docs to be sent for application.

I am not trying to infer that you are broke. A needless concern? Yes maybe. From what I know, you will create a new checking account in ur city to have better access to your money. That account should not have extra charges cos it's basically for students. ( That's how it's stated by my school ). Like I said though, I have no idea about DB, but I'm sure if it does exist it's not going to be astronomical.

Hi!! Congratulations. Your Visa is approved.
You may contact any of the insurance companies. IGI , Mansard, mutual benefits, etc. Tell them you need a 3 months travel visa. It will all be done in minutes. Price ranges between them all but they are all under 20k for 3 months insurance.

Can't say you should take a particular amount but take as much as you can afford. It's for your own good. Rent, Transportation, Semester fee and feeding for few days. Depends on what you can afford. The higher the better.

Check wakanow. My flight to Frankfurt via Turkish airline is 190k. I'm not sure if a direct international flight goes to NRW, it's possible you go through Frankfurt too. Check your school website for direction for international students.

Oh! Print that mail along, it's on it you should indicate your travel date.

Opening of block account, I cannot really remember the actual amount I saw at the embassy lastweek .

He doesn't need to pay to open a blocked account at the embassy while also paying for courier to ferry his form all the way to Germany when he can do it for free with Finitiba and quicker too. This is why people should read the thread!! This is basically spoonfeeding.

Actually, you are meant to write the intended date of departure on your printed AM mail!! Not Ticket or insurance. So print that mail and write the date on top of it.

This thread is basically for students. As such, it's difficult for anyone to have a reasonable advise for you cos we don't know how you will survive based on what you have written. You clearly stated you are not going to study, whereas everyone here is all about study!
You would be better advised by person sending you an invitation letter on what to do. My only word to you is whatever you do, don't follow a route that will probably lead you into becoming an illegal resident in Europe at any point. Plan well.

If someone tries to project a realistic picture of something, dont brand him "negative-minded".

Bros!! I did not brand you negative minded. My opinion thus: the energy you channeled into exploring the so called negatives about Germany, could be channeled into the positives. I am not of the opinion that Germany is the best, in fact if I had the money, Aussie will be my own choice for reasons best known to me. All I'm saying is it's better you make your analysis about pros n cons privately and not spread it over the thread cos what you think is a con might be pro for someone else. Some might get discouraged based on something that's not impossible.

6. Ive noticed that most Nigerians who study in Germany (or Europe) return back after their studies. The rate of staying back and working is higher in the US than in Europe.

Where did you come about this statistics of "most". I know 4 different people who studied in Germany and 3 are done. They did not even come home to get married. All working now.
My advice for people is to always know what you are doing and refrain from giving out assumptions when stating sensitive points like these cos it may determine others decision making.
USA, Canada, Germany,UK, Australia and so on are all good!! So long you know what you are doing.

At the moment with 3.7 million naira, you should be able to make use of Form A, if out of Form A period, then parallel market rate will prevail and that at this moment could easily be in the north of 4 million.
