Adegbeanna: What about the questionnaires should it be filled online too before we print it out Not sure if by online you mean filled on PC. Download the PDFs to your laptop, fill them on the computer (so texts are clean and clear), then print the document only for your signatures with pen. |

It’s quite interesting that no one has pointed out the huge cost that comes with printing money itself. It’s why Central banks prefer to keep the active money in circulation to avoid additional cost of printing more money.
Add that to the rest of the points others have maid regarding Stagflation and you have your answer.
And no, price control doesn’t work. The incentive for private companies to produce goods and services is ability to maximize profits. If you as a government ‘fix’ a price they can’t go above, they’ll reduce supply via production and with excessive demand due to increased money in circulation, price would have to increase on the black market ( yes there would be a black market for basic goods ).

Aminattah: User her current surname and names as is written on her change of name sworn affidavit, newspaper and passport. You will see space to write her former surname when filling the visa form. Make sure she carries the newspaper publication, court affidavit and 2 copies each to the embassy as supporting documents. To avoid further delay. I'm packing everything packable, lol. Thank you . Best of luck with your preparations. |

Hi everyone, currently filling the verification of document form and was wondering how to fill the first section about all the names of the applicant. In cases where there has been a change of name for my wife, how do we fill in her former surname as well in this form? Any advise is appreciated.

fenny92: Good day everyone,
Please what is the required size of apartment/room for family reunion in germany.
I am studied, live and work in Germany. I want to bring over my spouse (no child yet). Is a studio which is also called self-contained of 35m2 enough? That's where I am living currently. But I do not know if it will be accepted. By quadrat meter, I guess this meets the requirement based on my research but it's just that it is 1 room.
Some people told me to go and get a 2 rooms apartment (here in Germany, they refer 1 room and parlour as 2 rooms). They said it's the number of rooms that determines and not the quadrat meters.
Any info about the room requirement. Please help. Thanks My understanding is as long as you don’t have kids and you’re not living in a WG or student apartment, a 1 room is enough for family reunion. Because the minimum size you’ll find for such a room would be 24/25sqm. It would be a silly argument for a 2 rooms apartment to be requested when Germans live as couples in studio apartment all the time. At most, they would request for a confirmation from your landlord that 2 people can live/be registered in that apartment. Cheers |

I sent them MEldebescheinigung, house contract, 3 months pay slip, job contract, and a letter from my landloard stating she allowed to live in my house Vielen Dank! Very helpful. |

Biggybee: It is even better if she still has the old one. I am assuming the name on old one is what you booked an appointment with.
She has to go with that one because if the name on her appointment mail and the passport she presents at the gate is different.. Unnecessary drama can happen.
I hope she gets the new one soon so she can go with both. But the old one will do just fine for the interview, if they ask her to drop off, then she can let them know she will send in a new one. Thank you for your response. Indeed we didn’t want to do a change of name either but her current passport expired last month so we thought it would be a great opportunity to have the new passport carry the changed name. Would that msn at the gate let her in with the old passport that’s expired though? The man is usually doing too much just to say the least. I was just wondering if anyone has had similar experiences. |

Hi everyone, Please I would like to clarify a bugging question. My wife’s interview would likely come up in July/August as we booked July 2021. In the meantime, she did change of name and her current passport expired in April. She already did capturing for a new passport but we were told file had to be sent to Abuja for approval before passport could be printed. Hopefully we can have this resolved in time and please if you have any link for fast tracking such cases, kindly let me know.
My immediate question is in a case where we can’t get the new passport before her interview, could she still attend with the expired passport? Seeing as the German visa is not issued on interview date and she can send in the data page of the new one after and also present it for Visa provision when it’s time.
Any experience from anyone would be appreciated? Anxiety don wan kill person abeg.
Thanks in advance |

mercy444: D A1 is only exempted if ur spouse has an EU blue card but if u hv a BSC degree , u will nid it at d embassy bt I discovered dat even wen u enter Germany ( cos am in Germany already) , if u wnt to blend into d society ,u will still go to language skul here ,starting from A1 again . So to me it's still d same tin Thank you for the response. Yes you’re right about it being needed eventually. But my spouse works six days a week and has little or no time to schedule an A1 tutorial hence my question. |

Oriaku1: (1) b4 their birth, yes they are qualified for a German passport, but if it is after their birth dat he became a German citizen I don't think they r qualified.
(2) No
(3) No Just for my own clarification please. I thought there was an exemption on the German embassy website for A1 certificate if the partner has a BSC or if the partner being joined in DE has a blue card. Did they change something at some point but did not update their website? Thanks for your response. |

authe911: Which should be a WAEC right? Even so what will then be the average grade here. Also, our WAEC is May/June. How do we put a specific date to this since it was required No. JAMB is the UEQ in Nigeria not WAEC. I indicated that in my first reply to you. You won’t find JAMB on a German university page, but there should be a selection that’s more general you can use or maybe specified as ‘other’ and then you input your score. I, just like many other had used that Uni Trier application Portal and it’s pretty straight forward. Good luck with your application. Regards. |
