honsule:At this point remote diagnosis would be impossible. Your brake system (with ABS delete) is not rocket science for it to be difficult to diagnose and fix. I'd suggest you look for a competent mechanic in Abuja to help with it. 1 Like |

honsule:The affected wheel is the closest wheel to the brak master. If you've changed all what you've listed and the problem still persist then the issues are likely elsewhere. Kazeems are known to add extra layers of rubber and cloth materials in the rod that depressess the brake master when you step on the brakes. This reduces travel time on the pedal but creates unnecessary pressure in the brake line even with your foot off the pedal. They are also known to adjust the brake pedals abnormally for same reasons. Check your brake pedal and master for any foreign materials. Take them out if there is any. You should also properly bleed the brake system (ABS inclusive if your car has one) as it can cause same issues. 1 Like |

Joeeasy:The video you made sounded more like the bearings chewing itself out due to oil starvation. Most likely from the use of a fake oil filter or improper fitting of the filter and not necessarily from the oil used. There might be no check light on the dash, but your oil pressure light (if it still works) should be on. |

designmaverick:Wow! Your mechanic should be flogged. From your description, you seem to be having a brake screeching noise. If that's the case, inspect your brake pads, lock pin and or brake shinguards, and also brake discs. Replace and or adjust defective parts. 1 Like |
