I 've given puppies to people like this , one ran relocated without telling me, two sold the puppies and told me they died. another died cos he couldn't afford the drugs and the food . I had to still contribute , I had no choice than to give another.


one thing I 've noticed is that everyone wants a free pup but they won't wanna spend to take care of them.

I love to see them grow and keep records. so I know why I am asking.

It depends on your definition of developed and developing.
It's developed in the sense that there are residents living everywhere on ground, it's no longer that bush or village we all used to know.
There is electricity, motorable roads, etc.

On the other hand, It's developing in sense that is not up to the standard of Victoria island, Lekki or ikoyi.

As for me and many people out there, we will take the former view.
