Sasuke didn't get his power from killing Orochimaru, though Orochimaru trained him and gave him the cursed mark, it was because of sasuke's own proficiency with his Sharingan that he way able to absorb orochimaru. Itachi may have given Sasuke his Amaterasu which i doubt because as of the time itachi died sasuke did not have the mangekyo sharingan and itachi definitely did not give sasuke his Susanoo. It's rare to awaken Amaterasu and tsukyomi in each eye and then susanoo from both, It seems to run in itachi and sasuke's family seeing as they are both brothers and they can do the same mangekyo sharingan techniques. As for Lee Kishimoto is pitying him. Someone who does not have Ninjutsu is supposed to be at Home resting. See the amazing techniques that people like Naruto, Jiraiya, Minato, raikage are doing. dude you dont get it do you.....you awaken the mangekyou sharingan when you kill someone close to you......so by killin itachi(though he die voluntarily)he awakened the mangekyou...even with the mangekyou awaken you dont expect sasuke to possess both amaterasu and susanoo cuz it varies in all uchihas......itachi gave him the power with the blood he stained sasuke's forehead with and to be awakened whenever he sets his eyes on madara...
