I have a review for stancydg on one of his threads using this link: https://www.nairaland.com/3156588/sack-landlord/3#61654369 |
Now the German Floor Pictures: This was one of the happiest days in my mom's life. She can't wait to meet you (Stancydg). And Super-structure which is ongoing at the moment. I know I have not been patient with you on this one but abeg no vex. I have gone back and forth, said words to upset you and my uncle on this part of the project but guess what, that's one of those things you encounter when dealing with women... All the same, I have learnt to be patient from your silence and respect. My fiance and my mom have also reprimanded me for not giving you guys a benefit of doubt. I believe people will rush to a thread when they get scammed but few or no one comes back to say THANK YOU or drop a review for a job well done. Dropping reviews do not only increase chances of business opportunities but it saves a lot of fellow hardworking people from scammers and unnecessary headaches. I'll be glad to read any other reviews of stancydg's works (be it positive or negative) but as for me, I will give you a 5-star rating from your customer service skills, professionalism, respect and level of engagement in this project. You even contracted my god-son in Nigeria to supervise for you whenever I permit you to go to Akure to see our lovely wife-to-be. Everyone including my parents know that I love to do MOST of my things online: meet friends, shop, school, worship and now meeting you online which has never been a regret to me. Thanks for all that you do and please continue putting me on my toes for a successful completion of this project. Jejelady.

Now these are the pictures of the dead project Stancydg has brought back to life. He had to pull down some of the foundation that I had on it by my inexperienced friend and remodeled it into something like this. Stancy, you may wonder why I'm doing this but each day I think about the progress on this project and how faithful you have been, I remember how many discouraged nigerians in diaspora like me who are willing to meet someone like you but they have been falling into wrong hands. Even though you are now working for most of my family and friends here, I would still like the world to know that there are loyal contractors here on nairaland. More pictures loading.....

A positive review for Stancydg Straight from my heart: First of all, I will introduce myself before someone starts thinking I was contracted to do this. I want to drop this review for stancydg. My screen name is jejelady as everyone as seen. I joined nairaland sometimes in 2004 shortly after relocating to the USA out of boredom. Sometimes in 2013-2014, I was frequent on the travel section helping visa lottery winners to settle in dallas, TX. (You can do your own background check). Facebook name is BeetheFavored. I did not start working until after a year due to some medical issues. However, I'm so industrious and my mom compelled me and my siblings (6 in total) to buy a land in Ado-Odo otta back in 2005. We ended up buying 2 acres of land (allocating 2 plots each to each sibling with 1 plot at N120K). We had fraud issues upon issues from omo-onile to our cousin embezzling all the money we sent to fence the whole land. My siblings and I finally got discouraged and resented from developing the land despite my mom's pleas. In 2014, I decided to take a bold step by developing my own portion of the land but again, Omo-onile came to face and I eventually spent the whole money meant for the development to fight and win the battle of baale in courtesy of my mom and a late aunt. Another issue was contracting a friend to help build the foundation which was considered as total rubbish and waste of funds. Then I gave up. I've been following the property section lately and I ran into stancydg's post of getting a condo for 3.8M in the same area. I called him and made some very good background check about him. Found out that he was real but explained my situation to him. Well, he said he was honest but I wouldn;t believe it. To my utmost surprise, I am happy to share with you the ongoing pictures of what Stancy (company is called paradysty) has been doing on my land. To Stancy, Even though I have never laid my eyes on you, I have known for barely a month and you have put my money to work by fulfilling my dreams. I have called you my destiny helper. I can prove to the whole world that you are NOT a SCAM. You worked according to my budget event though you have told me several times that my taste is higher than Idanre Hills. I know I'm not the only client you have but you are ready to listen to me and you call me "bosslady" or "bossress" despite calling you in the wee hours in Nigerian time. You are respectful and as I have promised, I will follow you to prostrate at Tiwalade's house next year by God's grace. Please keep up the good work and honesty. Hope to see you soon in Nigeria. jidobaba:Stancydg is really good and like I said, he will work with your budget provided that it can build an approved standard building. |

I have completed this posts before I realized that I'm not even on Stacydg's thread. I'm so sorry tevanso for bombarding your thread with the wrong post. I permit it to be deleted by you or the moderator if need be.

WebSurfer:I am a sickle cell patient too but I rarely have pains now because my parents found me a trado-medical practitioner which helped me a real lot. Fi now have crisis once in 4 months or 6 months. With that I use a combination of dilaudid (hydromorphone) with phenegan and Benadryl which although knock me out but help fast. You can also inbox me for more options. |
dangotesmummy:I guess the op is looking for attention and front page things. Busy body... Op go back to ur own house and get busy |
Z mynaijainfo:Bartender: mixologist! Actually saw that in a movie. |
njuwo:I don't understand this one. |
Many US residents don't use BB nor chat on BBM. Are u new in TX? |
There are always two sides to a coin. I wouldn't say ur grandma is wrong but u will need to know the other part of the story before believing the whole thing. |
It's normal. She will outgrow it pretty soon |
If you or anyone you know is traveling to the USA for a vacation, please let me know. I can put together some packages ranging from single to family to make your trip an adventure. This package can include accommodations and tours. Send me a PM to kickstart your most memorable trip to the United States of America. |
Back to the topic: where is the original poster of the thread naa? |
EgbonBode:Thanks and we miss u! Everything is God's doing. |
ferdimako: Maybe he does not believe there is nothing to celebrate about. That is actually my opinion... u know when u are abroad u see Nigeria as a beloved country. In reality, we struggle so hard to run away from it...every politician and famous guys have their families outside here and they preach patriotism they don't believe inWhen it comes to the nigerian patriotism, politics and the way the country is being governed, believe me u r talking to the wrong person. I am simply an id**t in those topics. Not that I intentionally don't want to learn, but i don't dwell in what I can't control. Like I said earlier, mostly all nigerians go there to catch fun. Even innocent nigerian kids born in the states dance themselves to sweat... And sincerely, that's all i get from the independence day parade too... Fun and fun galore. My own riches are not supplied according to the economy of Nigeria or the USA i live in but according to His riches in Glory... So, why the fuss? Let the leaders do it their way and we let God have his way. |
Dekonjay: Thank you so much madam jejelady for welcoming us. I will surely keep in touch. Thank you once more.Lol... "Madam" kee? Simply call me jejelady. |
Try to attend the Nigerian Independence parade too. They parade up to 10 blocks... I guess from the 10th Avenue to Kudirat Abiola corner where the Consulate office is located. Then, the show begins at the union park which is the one i enjoy most. U can visit the dvlottery section for details cos i tried posting it on the student visa section but was hidden. For the thanksgiving party, it's gonna be great to have a new york chapter. I usually host that when i was in nyc with my parents. Let us know how it goes tho. I can reach out to nairalanders in nyc too to PM you or is it strictly student visa sectioneers only? |
ferdimako: independent from what and who?I don't know, my brother.... and that's why u may need to be there to ask those questions from the prominent nigerian leaders thatwould be present at the event. I know last year, some ministers were there and some people also asked these same questions during the parade. For me, i just dance, eat and get freebies from vendors. ..... Watchout tho, justwise is coming over to hide the post. |
cutelekush01: @jejelady you be hausa ni...Then it should follow by YANKARI..lolLol... Oga mi, I am not o... A typical yoruba kaaro ojire girl... When i am upset, i pray for self control, then i shut myself up by borrowimg languages like "shikena". Permit me if i lost that. Dunno why justwise is always up on me whenever i post some stuffs that benefit everyone... one excuse or the other sha... mayb he thinks i have "hidden charges" ni, i don't know. Abeg, i be pikin, barely in my thirties, who just love to see ppl happy, and not a big philatropist as some perceptions would have it. Posting a remarkable event packed with fun is not relevant but ppl calling themselves names on the thread is relevant to him. I don't have to be disruptive naa to be noticed. Also, it's his thread and space, he has the right to walk jejelady out when she is announcing the Nigerian Independence Parade in NYC at the top of her voice in a student's visa forum. |
justwise: That post got nothing to do with the purpose of this thread.Ok ooo... It got nothing to do with the DV lottery thread too. Please go n hide it there too to complete ur job description. If we have students who school in NY here and i am telling them about the Nigerian Independence day parade in NY for them to unwind and that has been considered irrelevant, then abeg, hide am from lottery people too.... I don't get paid naa...Se anjuma. |
Did my post just got hidden? Justwise, any issues? Please explain if it was technical or intentional. |
