I'm a corp member posted to Kumbotso local government. My PPA is behind the Fruit Market opposite Sa'adatu Rimi College of Education. Do you know of any available Single Room not too far from there for rent. And like how much will it cost.

Commercial area or normal street?
Shops are more expensive in the metropolitan areas like Nassarawa, Fagge, Tarauni, kumbotso(naibawa) Dala than in other places.
Price may may vary from 100k to 200k for good shops in normal street but up to 2m in commercial Areas like Kori market, singa market or kofar wambai depending on the size of the shops

Although you can talk to the ICT guys to help you get posted to your choice PPA but your chances are slim with no request letter. Some corpers who submitted request letter didn't get what they want
