Sorry to say but if you're not ovulating, then there's something responsible for it (which your doctor needs to find out) ovulation don't just "stop happening".
Did you ovulate on the 50mg clomid? Did they scan u to check if any follicle matured? Clomid is known to induce ovulation in most women, but for some, it doesn't work.
So the only way to know if you ovulated is to check for mature follicle on cd12 and then use ovulation test sticks to know if/when your body is surging (lh surge). Then also do a tvs few days after the day you're supposed to ovulate, if u ovulated, there will be fluid in your pod, and there will be a corpus luteum(where the egg came out from). And u can as well do a cd21 progesterone test.

I think you are mistaken, my uterine lining is too thick, my progesterone levels are quite high, so why would i rub progesterone cream again?
progesterone helps to build the lining, n thats what the cream does, so i dont get how it would help me in this case.

Quite true, good analysis, came across the comparison while researching on clomid,
but still decided to stick with clomid,
my issue is a bit different, i have thick uterine lining, usually hits 14mm by cd 12!, n i usually ovulate cd 15/16, i learnt that clomid thins lining, thus thats why i choose to use it.. this cycle i started with clomid 50mg cd 3 to 7, [planned to do cd 2 to 6, but missed]. also had high progsterone the 2 cycles i did hormonal profiling, that i thought i shud have been pregnant, . tentatively i might say i am progesterone dominant, if there is anything like that.
if anybody knows another method to thin the uterine lining, pls am all ears, or has a similar case of high progesterone and knows how to reduce it a bit

Then measure one cup of water and pour it in a clean bowl den start squeesing d leaves inside d water like u re washing cloth. D leaves will shrink and produce greeny foams. Stop wen ur water is totally green then seive to remove d leaves. Ready to drink. 
Please dont refrigerate. If u cant get bitter leaves in ur area, try buying in stalks, it is better stored by spreading d leaves on a clean floor den collecting frm dia to make ur juice dan refrigerating.

Yes, with pcos u ve to watch wat u eat. More of protein and fruits, ofada rice instead of foreign rice, stop taking soft drink and take water instead. I ve stopped taking sugar for long. Its not easy but when I remember y am doing it, it keeps me going. Gudluck dear.
