Icon2007: My people I am happy to announce to you that I passed my CISA certification exam at first attempt.
The preparation started since last year April 2022. When my comapny registered me and some of my colleagues for the training and fast foreward to this year January 2023 when we were registered for the certification exam. I reschedule my exan date and vemue severally due to feeling of not preparing enough. I studied the 27th edition of CISA manual very well and used the 12th edition questions and answer extensivelly. I was tempted to buy one of these online sure dumps but i restricted myself to intensive studying of the manual and practising of Q &A. I read some others mayerials as well. I eventually took my exam on 28 April and after submitting I saw that my preliminary result was Passed. I was so happy. After 8 days my offical result notification was received with a score of 459 . Hello, I am new to this certification just stuffing the internet for clue and don’t want to be misled. please would like to know which other materials you used, training center and if you can share the CISA manual and Q&A materials as well. Await your response. Thank you and congratulations |

Lagbenjo:
Thank you We have done all fertility tests. My hubby SFA Is okay. Nothing is wrong with my tubes, I ovulated when I had ovulation tracking test, did hormonal profile, but my LH and progesterone is low, although it was collected on day 21. I read that it should be collected on day 3 or so .
I complained to doctor that I do have yellowish watery discharge from my breast and I have never been pregnant . Squeezed my breasts in his presence and he saw it himself . He asked me to check my prolactin levels . I did three prolactin tests at different labs and they all came out normal. I used all series of bromocriptine for a long time , even though my results are normal , but the discharge is still there.
Tests also showed that I have endometriosis. I have done myomectomy Feb. Ist to take out the cyst and fibriods. The doctor said we could start trying a month after the surgery , but I waited for 2months . Went back for scan after the second month and was told my uterus is free. After the second month we tried actively every other days and ovulation days, but nothing for 2cycles now.
Please who else have or had endometriosis, who is experiencing breast discharge and prolactin is still normal and what did you do to conceive? Thanks
My mind is telling me that maybe am suffering from luteal phase defect as a result of the low LH and progesterone or it is as a result of the breast discharge . I stand to be corrected Ok |

I feel stressed out, someone pls help me, I don't even understand myself again pls[/quote] Ask God for His mercies and be intentional. Medically, why don’t you go for a thorough hormonal test inclusive of HSG to know if there is any issue and to avoid hypertension? 1 Like |

Lagbenjo: Good morning mothers and fathers of nation. Thank for taking time to share your experiences. Am TTC considering IVF, though the money is not even at hand . My hubby and I are thinking of taking loan.
After reading part of this thread, I would want to ask , after taking supplements like Ubiquinol, Myo inositol , coast science, ferti lady, fertil men and host of others to improve sperm and egg quality and to improve the chances of IVF, why didn't it still result into natural pregnancies and one will still have to proceed for IVF.
As anyone use those drugs aforementioned and still got pregnant naturally ? Thank you . Personally wouldn’t advise you opt for a loan, cause IVF is under probability. Why not run all fertility tests, HSG inclusive with your husband as well to know it there is any underlining factor to be taking care of? 3 Likes |

Sassy256: Hi mama's, been a guest on this thread, supplements alone not to talk of gynae fees, trad massages etc and yet cloves of N400 naira cleared one of my most pressing concerns about my cycle. Maybe the probiotics with d3 helped, maybe the 800mg vit C helped too but I just know that GOD DID IT FOR ME, and He will do it for you too. Spreading babydust to all mama's here*** God bless.
Cloves is very powerful,it regulate the hormones and increases ovulation and also fight infections. Bitter leave juice gives healthy eggs....they are cheap but powerful...Congratulations....God is awesome 4 Likes |

Pls can I change my 2 years course to a 1 year course in CENTENNIAL COLLEGE for May 2022 admission, because I just realised I'm going to need a POF of about $56k (N20m range) which I don't think I can't realistically raise.
I realised its better to secure a 2 year admission to get a 3 year PGWP, but POF no dey ground 4 now.
I have received a pre-admission letter (to receive LOA upon payment of deposit fee of $2650). Although I'm still waiting for admission from CONESTOGA COLLEGE.
