Please what advice can you give in this scenario. A lady came to the UK with student visa and a dependent but could not meet up with the fee and the visa has been cancelled. She doesn't plan on going back what are her options. Baby mama is one option but then again giving birth can be quite expensive as there won't be nhs funding. Plus 7 years no be child's play o. Though that the only option that seems viable since marrying a citizen is not that easy. |

Yes alone she is surviving. But with pregnancy at a point she won't be able to work, also one has to consider the cost of giving birth. Viruses: She's already overstaying her visa and surviving. It's just to continue. |

Before the seven years how will she survive? Viruses: Let her give birth, after 7 yrs she can use the child to regularize her stay.
Go the LGBTQ route and have the community protect you. Yes they can. Infact if you know the loopholes, you will get ILR before you say jack. |

What if you see a citizen who agrees to stand as the father and the child was born here. Zahra29: There isn't a special category for being born here as the kids fall under the immigration status of their parents at the time of birth.
The advantage from being born here is that it can be used to regularise their status after 7 years. |

Please who has tried this? longlife101: If you want your NIN Date of Birth (DOB) correction to be expedited
First, after payment via Remita (N15,000), go for "re-capturing" at the NIMC office with:
1) letter application addressed to the Director NIMC requesting the change
2) Affidavit of correction of DOB
3) copy of NIN slip
4) Either: Nigerian passport, or voter's card, or drivers license, or first school leaving certificate (to confirm your DOB)
5) After "re-capturing" at the NIMC office, attach all the above you submitted and email to all of the following email addresses:
customercare@nimc.gov.ng info@nimc.gov.ng habiba.shaibu@nimc.gov.ng opsmod1@nimc.gov.ng
They usually respond within 4days -Good luck! |

Maybe your system audio is bad. I advise you look for another laptop and make sure you check. Also scan your ID card and make sure its in the system that Id card upload is not funny at all. I meant update haftob: You don't get result, you just wait for an update from the company about the next stage. Unless dragnet is still incharge of the next stage, all mails you will receive henceforth will be from Sahara and not from dragnet. |

Thanks ThreeBlackBird: These things happen. The devil will want to use someone I remember taking a dragnet test in a shop we no longer use. I mean, no one ever comes there to buy anything because we don't sell anything there.
On this fateful day, I intentionally left my house to this shop so that I can enjoy some decorum. I sat behind a table where passersby will not see me.
At the middle of the test, someone stood at the entrance and insisted he wanted to buy chicken. He kept shouting that I had to reply him. When I told him we don't sell so that he would go away, he insisted on seeing my face. He said, 'show your face now, make I see who dey talk." I went completely mad I told him I was taking a test and he should leave. Baba no gree o. At that point, I knew I had violated the exam rules so badly I just wanted to quit.
The man eventually left but it surprises me that ever since, no one has been to the shop to ask for anything. Why should it have been at that hour I needed the time to myself?
In your own case, I think it's minor. Wish you well. |
