God bless the good work here. Pls I got a US visa for my family(spouse,myslf and baby) as we claimed spouse is on leave and we wld like to spend it over there.
1. I will be going with my 16 months old baby as my husband wld join us later... Hope it won't be a problem at the POE since it's a family visa.
2. When he is also coming alone,hope it won't be a problem.
3. How much is the cheapest daycare or crèche I can get for my baby as I am planning to work(under the table)for d few months I will be spending there. Since I will be staying with a friend in New Jersey.

Jennytbell this is a straight thing to present. You must have a payslip that shows when you have those allowances. There is also bank statements to prove you earned that much. All you need to the state your income on the form, them state with extra paper you also earn xyz, them you highlight those extra income in your bank statement. So when added up will come with the figure you worth.
Your fixed deposit do not count because is a type of investment. You can't even withdraw on it roundly expect it matures. You should have bank statements that has what you have and available for you to use for your trip example 2 million in your checking account and 2 million in savings. Good figure, but how much of it are you willing to use for your trip. Of course you can't use 80% of it. You have to evaluate your trip know heads up and amount to use.

@jennytbell, any type of alteration that is falsify is misrepresentation. You need to state clearly

1. Monthly salary
2. Allowance (quarterly, bimonthly or how you earn them)
3. Any other type of income you earn.
4. Show the total figure. It shows you are worth such figure annually.

Please note profit sharing is not considered as income, it is an investment. You don't need to include those.

If have any other meanfull information or document that can help prove you are a legitimate traveler, take it along.

The whole idea is for you to prove your legitimacy or your credibility. That burden is solely on you.

What's with all this 'adjust' salary question today. If ur salary is 129k it is 129k. Meanwhile u work in a bank and the salaries are fixed. ET, EA, SEA, ABO, BO etc. It is judicially noted banks pay upfront (for the ones that still do), leave allowy, profit sharing, and 13th mnth. So how do uu intend to 'adjust ' your salary? By fake promoting yourself or adding one of the above allowances to your salary? Or claiming your leave allowance as your salary.
Dnt forget these VOs did not droop from the sky. They are aware of certain trends and work traditions. Even me wen no be vo, if I compare your old form and the recent one will easily deduce you are lying

Your U.K trip is a plus for you now even though it is not a ganrantee. Your group trip will not be a bad idea, even though your all trip period is considered bad timing. Febuary is towards the end of winter and the beginning of spring. I don't know if it is a good time for holidaying.

I think you are good to go, but wouldn't be better if you apply for an hotel accommodation? And what is your relationship with maternity lady? Everything depends on luck sha, just that you can never predict the British consulate in their decision making. I wish you good luck.

Your chances of having the decision overturned are really quite slim for a couple of reasons. First off, with a limited appeal, you can only really argue your case if the decision is in breach of your human rights. Secondly the status of your finances appears to require quite a bit of explanation. This is likely to bring up a lot of questions as to the validity of the money sources. With some of the money being used for lending etc, it may not be quite clear exactly what will be available to you during your visit.
